Alta Dental Care | My Dentist Upland

I’m not one to write a review but after my experience with Alta Dental, it’s the least I could do. The entire staff at Alta Dental was so amazing! It honestly made me feel relaxed and so much more comfortable. They gave me a tour and even a welcome gift. I couldn’t stand the pain any longer & they were quick to see me (20 mins after I called). I was in desperate need of a root canal and terrified because I had not seen a dentist in maybe 3-4 years. Dr.Zaveri took the time out to explain the procedure and even days later I’m still amazed at how painless and smoothly he made the entire process. I would typically spend anywhere from 2-3.5 hours at my old dentist but Dr.Zaveri has you in and out as fast as possible. The best dental experience I’ve ever had!!

BE CAREFUL OF SCAM INSURANCE OFFER. I went in with my daughter for the first time as a cash patient and chose this dentist because they claimed their office had Saturday appointments. My daughter is a student at UCLA and lives on campus so not convenient to see dentist unless on Saturday. We purchased their cash patient discount plan with the understanding that she can return in 6 months and get an exam & cleaning on a Saturday appointment over the summer when she is off school. We made an appointment months in advance to secure Saturday times only to have the initial appointment cancelled by the office, they asked to reschedule for another Saturday and today called again stating that doctor would not be working! Cancelled twice and when I informed them that my daughter would be leaving back to UCLA next week and if they could send refund of the unused portion, they answered with following:
1. No refund, but we can extend your plan another 12-months so go see another dentist now and just come back to us a later time when time works.
2. We will no longer be open on Saturdays, except once a month, since not enough patients come in and not worth it for the doctor.
3. If we cancel your "plan" that you already paid for, the cost will be more since you received discounted filling.

We specifically ASKED prior to buying this plan about Saturday appointments and the reason they were important in us choosing a dentist and we specifically STATED that we wanted her scheduled over the summer while she was home from college. NONE OF THIS MATTERS TO THEM. They cancelled appointments twice, both times weeks apart, even though they were made so far in advance and responded with "things happen" and REFUSED to issue refund for one cleaning, exam and x-ray that I already paid cash for.
I will NEVER go to this unethical dentist office again!! They can keep the money, but I do want to warn others before you get taken by lies as well.

Found this place because I needed my wisdom teeth extracted. This place is outstanding!! Excellent doctor and oral surgeon for wisdom teeth extraction. I plan on continuing to come here for regular cleanings and any future dental work. Highly recommend this place. Excellent staff and service.

Very considerate. Dr. Zaveri Was attentive had me explain my issues, then took care me and my wife. We would defintely recommend Alta dental the entire staff was a joy to be around. The dentist isn't something you necessarily look forward to, but at the very least you want your visit to be quick and as pain free as possible.Alta dental did a wonderful job accommodating both.

After deciding it was time for new, more realistic veneers, I searched on-line for a local and reputable dentist. Right away, I noted the consistent 5-star rating for Dr. Zaveri and knew he was the right dentist for what I needed. My first visit was a free consultation, and I was given an appointment for the following day of my phone call. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and given a tour, as well as a complimentary gift. There was no pressure to make a decision or appointment immediately; I was advised to continue thinking about what I wanted and needed, and was told to call if I wanted to move forward with dental work. After taking some time, I decided to put my trust in Dr. Zaveri. He was extremely patient and kind, and listened to my concerns. I saw the dentist twice after my consultation. During my appointments, all of the staff were friendly and personable. While in the chair, I was offered water and asked often how I was doing (I have some anxiety; it often shows). After each visit, I received a phone call as a check-in of sorts, in which I was asked how I was feeling/doing- I appreciated that quite a bit, as they clearly care about providing quality care to their patients. Now that my veneers are finished, I am extremely satisfied and a bit sad that I'll be continuing to see my usual dentist instead of Dr. Zaveri. Alta Dental Care is a business with a caring and experienced staff, and I very highly recommend them.

I have been a client of Dr. Zaveri for about 3 years now and I am extremely happy with him. If you are looking for a caring dentist who will give you the time and attention you deserve, then please give Alta Dental Care a try. He is located in Upland and just moved to a beautiful office that has top of the line dental equipment. His staff is also awesome and the ladies in the front desk will work with you to schedule appointments that are convenient to you and will also give you financing options so you can get the recommended treatments.

Look no more, Dr. Nehal Zaveri is the best dentist around the Inland Empire !

Alta Dental Care has been the best!! Since coming here, Dr. Zaveri has always made me feel so comfortable. I've had a longtime fear of going to the dentist due to horrible places and uncaring doctors. Dr. Zaveri has made it possible for me to finally be able to get work done without someone being there to hold my hand. Explaining every option, process, and step. Everyone here is so caring and nice. I will not go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Dr. Zaveri. I so far have had four porcelain crowns on my front teeth and a root canal with a porcelain crown. The cool part about it is each procedure was finished in one day. My four crowns were completed in house and within a few hours, I went home with a new smile. The root canal with the crown, same thing. The state of the technology in this office is incredible. Dr. Zaveri is kind, thorough, gentle and professional. I think my favorite part is the vibe in this office. The staff and Doctor work incredibly well together and it’s obvious there is mutual respect and admiration for each other. Plus, since I don’t have dental insurance, I was paying out of pocket and his prices were more than competitive.

Been to this dentist several times. Is the best dental care that i have ever recieved. They make you feel very comfortable and very well taken CARE OF..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. GREAT DENTAIL WORK!!! Great WORK and i made an emergency call they took me right in. I lost my front cap and he put a post and cap in before i left and he had an app to be somewhere but made sure i was taken care of... Before he left. Thank you. So rare to find

My last dentist was a pain, literally and figuratively. They could be very careless and rough with x-rays, cleanings, and other procedures. They would also pressure me into having other services done, even if I felt that I did not need them. They seemed to be all about the business and all about the money. I was stressed going there. Dr. Zaveri at Alta Dental is the exact opposite. No pressure, only professionalism. Dr. Zaveri is gentle, caring, and is an excellent dentist. The staff is friendly and they take the stress out of going to the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Zaveri and I am happy that I finally found a dentist that I can trust.
