About three months ago, I was introduced to doctor Phil Jae Ra and his office stuff members. I hesitated writing this review but after talking it over with my wife I decided people should know. Our boys dentist retired (Dr Kelly) a while back. We have 3 boys and all needed cleaning. We were referred to Smile Studio by our retired dentist office. All three boys were looked at and x-rays done. The results were boy#1- 2 cavities boy#2- 1 cavity boy#3- 3 cavities. Take it boy #3 has never had cavities and is now 15 years old. We said thank you and where told to schedule for fix. We decided to get a second opinion. Took x-rays with us, new dentist stated boy #2 had 1 cavity. The other boys no cavities at all what so ever. Smile office called us to schedule repairs. We told them what we had found and they called us back saying sorry it was a mistake. Seems like a pretty big mistake for a Dentist to miss diagnose 5 cavities. Office staff was nice but I would not trust Dr. He was the Asian Dr. at the office We don't remember name.

This place is absolutely great. I had been suffering from a rotten tooth for days. Not having insurance I tried to ignore it untik it became unbearable. I went into this dentist and they were so helpful. They got me a great payment plan for a root canal. It ended up being cheaper then other places with insurance! And they did it same day! I would highly recommend everyone. They have good prices and do their best to help.

This office is very beautiful and they offer all kinds of specialties. I take My kids here for the pedo dentist and I had My older child see the Ora surgeon for his wisdom teeth. They are nice and legit .

One of my upper front crowns broke off Monday evening...Tuesday morning Dr. Ra and his staff were able to examine the tooth, explain the options, and replaced the broken crown all before 11:00. I really, really appreciated their timely and "better-than-new" replacement for the broken crown.

As a person whose dentition has a plethora of problems, Smile Studio is the place for those who aren't the everyman. Ever been to a dentist where one second you're the Queen of England, the next you're just a bag of meat? This dentistry is au contraire. I appreciate how the staff treats me, especially those with delicate instruments in their hands. I recommend this dentistry, and if one lives a great distance away, the drive is worth it.
