I am not a patient, but I just got off the phone with the receptionist who was rather snarky. I tried to setup an emergency appointment with the dentist to deal with my issue, but she virtually made it seem impossible. Feeling discouraged, I decided to setup an appointment elsewhere. This is very disappointing since I had read such great reviews about the dentists at this facility.

The staff is very friendly, the dr is extremely informative and I really like that he doesn't use mercury or any metals! He is a great biological dentist as far as amalgam removal.

What a horrible doctor. Ever since this was sold from Dr. Pfizer to Dr. Ra. Dr. Ra has raised prices and is horrible. I will NEVER be back here because of the ignorance of Dr. Ra. This is no longer a holistic dentist but more of the same "upselling" that you find with all dental practices.
