It was my first experience today and I am more than happy. Have always been a little scared of seeing a dentist due to a past bad experience.
However, Dr. Johnson and his staff are exceptionally nice and sweet people. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is doing a great job and make you feel welcomed, and spend a very good amount of time on you with all the necessary details while making sure that you’re comfortable.
My husband comes here as well and he is a fan.
Dr. Johnson is a very knowledgeable doctor and explains everything very well.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for more that 20 years and have never had a bad experience. He is always professional and makes sure I understand everything he is going to do and if any work needs to be done he will make sure I understand so I can make a informed decision on it. His staff are all professional and it is like seeing family when you go in. Never have I had a bad experience with any of them. He is always on top of the latest technology to make your visit less stressful. The latest is using laser to do fillings eliminating the need to numb your mouth. What a pleasant surprise to know that your visit is faster and less numbing is always good.

How do you begin to thank people who have made such a huge impact in your life, maybe saved your life? A little background first, for several years I've suffered from an auto immune disease called Lichen Planus, (usually attributable to long term infection) and was overtreated w/antibiotics to the point of antibiotic poisoning, then Methotrexate, with no improvement.
All the while being told that what was happening to my gums was part of the disease. Actually it was an infected front tooth requiring immediate root canals. Leading me to look for an endodontist during the onset of Covid, (which was like trying to find toilet paper) Appointments made were postponed or canceled and not available for months. It was then I was referred to Dr. Randy Johnson's office mainly because I was concerned about ugly caps on my two front teeth after the root canals. I felt very comfortable after our initial meeting and scheduled a follow up for after the Endodontist procedure. At the follow up I still had not been able to meet with or find anyone to do the root canals and was almost in tears at not being able to even start to get this miserable infection out of my body and under control.
Super Hero Randy Johnson to the rescue!!! And I still don't know how they did it but at 8AM the next morning I was in his office having two root canals! And I've been seeing him ever since having all my teeth fixed.
And let me tell you. his updated equipment and technology is top of the line! My old dentists were Neanderthals in comparison!
Having some "dentistry" PTSD I want you to know Dr. Johnson and his crew put me completely at ease. His caring staff run the office like air traffic control, they are prompt, courteous, caring, and really know their work.
But the most incredible thing of all is this amazing, ear to ear, healthy, beautiful smile!! I didn't have any idea i could be so teeth happy!
