Randy calmed me right down for the visit i had mouth trauma and they were caring and delicate with my teeth, i feel as if im with family every visit, the dr. I want to commend publicly what an outstanding job the staff did for me yesterday. Susan,at the front desk, was amazing. I came in on the wrong day for my appointment. Instead of telling me, she let me sit down and then went to work to see if she could get me in before she mentioned anything. After placing me with another hygienist, she privately called me up and explained the situation. She was a perfect example of exemplary customer service. I love these people.

Everyone in the office is so friendly! They always make sure you are as comfortable as possible and never rush through anything. Dr. Johnson is always more than happy to explain everything to me. Had a great day at this dental office today. At 10am I called to have my front tooth's crown looked at, after I noticed that it was chipped and by 2:30pm Dr. JOHNSON and RDA Zoe were working to repair my tooth. He got it fixed very quickly and he recommened a procedure to prevent future problems in this area. Zoe spent some quality time explaining the game plan that Dr. Johnson had laid out and gave me comforting feeling that this procedure is right for me. Professional all the way. Lastly, got to mention Susan at the front desk. She is always happy and cheerful and greets me like I am special!
