Great customer service. Everyone that took care of me were very professional and knowledgeable. I will certainly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I'm an annoying patient that nervous and very sensitive to any dental treatment. I have to stop many times in between treatment. The staff there are so patient with me they crack jokes about my fear which makes me laugh and I calm down. I have trigeminal neuralgia and the dentist took so much time talking to me about my medical condition. Thank you for making my dental visits comforting.

The staff was attentive, courteous and considerate. I have a strong “gag reflex”. The technician that took my x-rays was very considerate and rapidly moved through the x-ray process to complete that portion of the exam. Abby, at the front desk, quickly handled an erroneous billing charge and made my appointment for a cleaning the next day. Dr Gong took care of my exam and I was delighted to have a dental hygienist continue my exam. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

My daughter and I having been coming here for a couple months now. We are always pleased that they are clean and well organized. The staff is always prompt, courteous, and helpful. They are also knowledgeable and never let a question unanswered. Scheduling or rescheduling appointments are fast and easy.

Front reception is not the best but it's okay! Docters are excellent!! Always double check your bills because they dont verify services!!!

My dental hygienist is amazing!! Hopefully she stays for years to come.
However the doctors there seem to have a high turnover rate with no consistency. For the past couple years I noticed a lot of the employees that were good leaving.
I scheduled an appointment to look at cosmetic options such as veneers, teeth filing, etc. My doctor seemed very inexperienced and had satisfactory responses for my concerns and needs. She seemed to be in a rush to send me on my way rather than help me with my requests. I felt like just another number and impersonal experience.
I would recommend cosmetic, aesthetics, orthodontist work elsewhere. As I was left with an uneven tooth line and looking to have my smile complete elsewhere.

Appointment times are not organized for orthodontist patients. We had to wait for three almost four months before getting seen again. It is over the month to month check ups that orthodontist should have. Payment has been made in full and they don’t need the monthly payment so it is possible we are not as important. At least this is the impression that they have left on me as the parent.

This is a great little dentist office everybody was wonderful! I was there for a long time because I had to fill out a lot of paperwork. Everything went very well and was explained perfectly well. The people there were caring and kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place for all your dental needs. I will go here again and again as needed and tell everyone what a great experience I had here. Check it out

I love this office. I kept canceling and rescheduling because I thought it was like every other dental office. Bright Now! Made me feel comfortable and relaxed right when I walked in. Then going to get my x-rays done was smooth. Once I got in the back and they started poking a few of them hurt, but the showed me on the
x-ray why it hurt. Which no dental office has ever done with me. Tomorrow is a new day because cleaning happens tomorrow.
