I'm happy that I chose Bright Now Dental for my son's ortho treatment as well as myself. Dr.Pressutti is absolutely wonderful and explains everything thoroughly. He actually cares about his patients and how they're doing. Great office staff as well. Haven't had any issues when it comes to scheduling appointments or long wait times. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate the staff, front desk is very professional and welcoming. The dentistry staff is extremely knowledgable and do a great job. I feel welcomed and am never kept waiting past appointment time. Highly recommend practice.

Receptionist was awesome and dental assistant were great. Dentist was not friendly, in a hurry. Acted like I bothered her to ask questions. Dental assistant answered my questions instead

Always super long wait times and this last visit the dental assistant who worked in my mouth injured me with a metal like scraper he scraped so hard the devise flew upward poking really hard the roof of my mouth. He placed the temp crown over and over caused me lots of pain and then just kept apologizing saying they numb are off yea? Im still in pain and have to wait till Monday to call.

I agree with other reviews. I came in on a Saturday as a new patient. There was no wait but we did have paper work pre filled out. We saw a doctor and a hygienist. I have no insurance so I was worried about the cost. Abby was the only one up front and was very helpful. She gave us two estimates, went over all my treatment options, and walked me through different payment plans. I would agree with other reviews to request her as your treatment counselor. I wish I could of got my cleaning the same day but not a big deal. Also appreciated how the office smelled (clean).

The staff is wonderful and really know what they are doing. I had a deep teeth cleaning and it didn't hurt even after the anesthetic wore off. I highly recommend Bright Now Dental!

Worst experience ever! Even western dental had better customer service….my app was at 4:30 they had me signing papers for over an hour literally ! I was signing papers u til 5:40 then was left in a chair while they went to work on another patient. They took so long I had to reschedule another app to the next morning at 9:20 making me miss works twice!!!! The only reason I went here was because my regular dentist was on vacation for 3 weeks I will never come her again

After an hour wait from appointment time I had to follow up to see what the wait was. Once I was able to get in a chair 30 more minutes the dentist didn’t even check my tooth, I was just referred to the orthodontist.

I was afraid to go to the dentist because I never experienced going to the dentist when I was young; however, I would visit there! I became a first-time patient in Bright Now! Dental for my first checkup, and it was a great experience! I would definitely go there again for future appointments! Very tidy and great size for its location! Friendly and nice staffs who take time to answers questions and concerns! Knowledgeable dentists! Great customer service! Highly recommend visiting Bright Now! Dental to everyone for tooth checkup and tooth repairs! 👍
