Very professional. I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The front office staff was genuinely friendly and they were not pushy and the dental assistant and dr we're knowledgeable and also friendly.

I have been coming here for years. Every employee I have come into contact with has been very friendly. Any questions I have asked has been answered professionally and they will take the time to explain more if you don't understand the answer. They make you feel very welcomed. This is the worse place to Go! I literally cried I was treated so poorly and I'm a strong person I am always forgiving but their staff in the back is just Rude! The dentist seemed like a caring person but my experience was with the hygienist and the other staff it's like a high school full of bullies! I will be looking for a dentist with a more caring mature staff.

Great staff everyone is very friendly. Valerie is the office manager very knowledgeable. That is very important to have somebody who's knowledgeable, responsible, and who actually cares when you need someone to about any questions you may have.

We have gone to a couple of dental places but this places has been the best experience ever right after my daughters 1st appointment she couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved it there there full staff team are amazing totally recommend Bright now Dental!!!

This place is a JOKE!! Don’t waste your time, your money or subject yourself with this useless office. The actual dentist was very kind, smart and well mannered, but the front office staff (Hli Vang) along with the office manager Valerie are rude, disrespectful and incompetent. We went for ortho consultation for my son. They had no idea of what their job was. Needless to say, we didn’t follow through with them and went elsewhere.

They never take you on time. Especially an after lunch appointment, they always come back late. I complained about this(The office staff doesn't communicate with the dentist. He says "no one told me you were here". Very unprofessional and they charge more than double for nitrous oxide. I advise you to go some place else.
