Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Wong and all his staff are kind and patient. Before I started going here, I dreaded having to go to the dentist and had a terrible gag reflex due to stress, but over time, with a lot of help, accommodation, patience, and kindness from everyone, I now look forward to coming in for my cleanings and my appointments breeze by without any discomfort.

Dr. Wong and his staff are wonderful. The DH that I have been fortunate to been working with me is just simply excellent! I will not divulge her name because she is so in demand and I am concerned that I will have a harder time to book her time 😂. Seriously, Dr. Wong and his team are awesome.

Dr Wong is a great dentist. Personally, I see Carla to clean my teeth, and she is excellent. Very personable, cares about her patients, but doesn't talk too much, just the right amount. They have a lot of bells and whistles here like tvs on the ceiling and all the streaming you can ask for. In general, it does seem a bit expensive. I also had a really bad experience my first time visiting and wrote to them about it, but no one has ever addressed it with me since, so I still have a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth from that (no pun intended). The experience did not have to do with Dr. Wong or Carla directly.

Dr. Wong has always been honest and caring. He has never pushed my wife or I into any unnecessary treatments and always gave us options way before the critical stage. Even though we moved away we still go back to him for everything we need as he and his wonderful staff always act with professionalism, customer centric attitude and they genuinely care about their patients. First off, I know many of us dread going to the dentist, myself included, which is why I am so glad to have found Dr Mark Wong's dental practice. I have been a patient for almost 3 years now. I have had all of my bi-annual cleanings and a few dental procedures done at his office during that time period. Dr Mark Wong is very friendly and provides great explanations in regards to my dental health pre-procedure and post-general cleaning/check up. All of his dental hygienists and front office staff are also very friendly. The dental hygienists I've seen for appointments are gentle but thorough during cleanings. Thank you!

The overall look and feel of the office is modern and comfortable. The modern amenities and touches of comfort, from the TVs to the music selection, all create a calming and welcoming environment. The front office staff are very welcoming. The communication via text and phone are immediate and helpful. The hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable. This is important. Everyone shows a genuine sense of caring that you are more than a patient. It is as if you are a guest visiting them for that short period of time. This all starts with Dr. Wong. He is always checking in and talks with you as if you have been close acquaintances for a long time. Finally, the new safety protocols they have put in place to protect the staff and the patients are very thoughtful and not too intrusive.
