Excellent customer service and preventative care. Coming from a bad experience from another dental practice in the area, Dr. Wong and his staff were a breath of fresh air. He is located in a nice office that utilizes current technologies. My visit was not rushed at all but was very thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone.

First visit for my kids 4& 5 yrs of age and they were very happy to see Dr. Wong as he was friendly and welcoming! The staff was very tentative and they made sure the kids had a great experience. The office was very clean and the kids loved being able to watch TV when cleaning their teeth. Highly recommended!

First time visit and I was pleasantly impressed with an all around five star team. Everyone, from the phone team, the receptionist and particularly his assistant and hygienist and Dr Wong, each were terrific, friendly, efficient and very professional. And I liked especially how they explained their procedures and care, with more indepth talk of the whys and what ifs. I learned more at this visit after years of dentist visits. All positive thumbs up from my viewpoint. My husband saw him for a first visit too in recent weeks and was similarly impressed.

A fantastic experience! I had a crown put in an a chipped tooth repaired. A very upbeat office with proper COVID procedures in place. Dr. Wong is a great guy with a very positive attitude. Netflix mounted on the ceiling allowed me to watch 2 episodes of my favorite TV show while he worked.

I've had a really great experience with Dr. Wong and his team. I didn't see a dentist for years due to a lack of dental/health insurance. I recently got insurance and decided to take care of my teeth. Dr. Wong was very welcoming and clear in regards to the state of my teeth and what needed to be done such as fillings, cleanings, and wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Wong and Nury, his dental assistant, make you feel very comfortable in what can be an intimidating environment for most. My dental hygienist, Lara, is also excellent as she keeps me laughing and relaxed during teeth cleanings. I know it can be hard to pick a dentist, especially if you're obsessed with online reviews the way that I am, but rest assured that Dr. Wong has a terrific practice and you will have a great experience here.

Hands down the best dentist in Concord/Walnut Creek area. The whole team is so kind and make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend Dr. Wong for any adult or child that may be scared of the dentist, the entire team is very gentle yet get the job done quickly and efficiently. Even when getting teeth extractions and cavities filled, they make it a pleasant experience. Since switching to Dr. Wong as my dentist I am actually excited for my appointments because I know Iām in very good hands.

I went to Dr Wong after my previous dentist retired. Dr Wong's equipment was much more up to date. He explained the advantages of digital x-rays and other modern tools he had. His teeth cleaning tools and procedures were much gentler than I had ever had.
Also the best chairside manner of all my previous dentists.
