On my last visit in September, I always felt at ease and had a VIP treatment starting with Elba, the receptionist, my hygienist, Priscilla who always does a great job and of course Dr. Fahmy who is always welcoming and gives his undivided attention to his patients. Overall I am satisfied and always leave the office with a big 😃

I went to this Dentist, specifically, because it was rated so highly. However, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I ever made. Emad Fahmy, from Walnut Hills Family Dentistry, overcharges his clients more than any dentist I have ever seen. For 1 wisdom tooth extraction, he wanted to charge me $2,600 when dentists and surgeons charge between $150-$450 at the most. A family member, who works in the dental industry, asked other dentists and surgeons to review his prices and every one of them said this is not normal there's something going on. I ended up having to change dentist's and eventually got the procedure done by a surgeon. So, not only was he going to charge me an insane amount of money, but he was going to do the procedure himself when he should have referred me to a specialist. By the way, I ended up paying a specialist, surgeon, $185 out of pocket to do the procedure. Save yourself the headache, money and time and avoid this dentist at all costs. Very unfortunate.

Told me to wait till Jan once my insurance transferred to make an appt and promised they would be able to see me soon. Call after the 1st and they still can’t tell me if they got my insurance paperwork and first appointment is not for a month. Now I have to change my dentist again cause this place is just giving the run around. They do not have their stuff together when it comes to medical insurance. So looks like if I wanna be seen I have to find a dentist that has their act together. Noticed another reviewer had similar issue w run around about their insurance.

I arrived to my Dental appointment on time. I received my COVID test and updated my medical record. Immediately thereafter I was taken in for x-rays. I received my regular teeth cleaning by a very nice and pleasant dental technician. afterwards I was examined by the Doctor and received a clean bill of health. Everything went very quickly and painless. I enjoyed my visit.

Doctor Fahmy's love to his work, his compassion, and professionalism is very noticeable in all he does. He never rushes, and always takes time to discuss details and the best possible treatments. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they always call to schedule routine work, and remind and confirm appointments. I give them 5 STARS.
