Dr. Fahmy has been my dentist for several years. He is an excellent dentist and I have been very happy with the work he has done. I have had several crowns and cavities filled, and my teeth always look very natural afterwards. He is a painless dentist, very professional, and also very friendly. He always explains what I need to have done, so that I understand well and presents treatment options, if applicable.His office staff is professional, courteous, and friendly, and it is easy for me to make appointments. My wait time for an appointment is not very long. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fahmy to anyone needing a dentist.

My whole experience have been really excellent. I knew Dr. Fahmy through a friend's recommendation. Since I went there, I have been welcomed by a great, welcoming , professional,friendly staff. Dr. Fahmy is a great dentist himself, knows how to ease your fears and has all the patience to explain every procedure thoroughly. This is our new dentist for LIFE. My wife and I visited Dr. Fahmy (and staff) 6 months ago and then returned yesterday. We're THRILLED. The staff is wonderful, the offices are nice and comfortable, and Dr. Fahmy is a SUPERB dentist.

I am under denti-cal and I have been searching for a decent place to get my teeth cleaned and to be treated like the human being I am. This is not that place.
I saw that this is rated almost 5 stars by many people, so I had to check it out. Before I could schedule an appointment I had to find out if they take denti-cal patients. I called the place two different times to get information I needed and to set up an appointment. The first time I called, the woman didn't even say hello and the minute I mention medi-cal I was denied service. So I checked with a denti-cal service agent and she verified that they do take it and that she would call them herself to make sure. After that was figured out, I call again to set the appointment up and it turned out they didn't have an opening for me till three months later. Trusting all these reviews, I thought it'd be worth the wait. So Today, after waiting three months (plus the two years that I haven't seen a dentist), I drive over 15 minutes early with my medi-cal papers and ID. No hello again, just two women eyeing me down like I don't belong there. They deny me service because this woman can't verify that I'm a denti-cal patient without a medi-cal/denti-cal card. But I brought sufficient proof that I'm under medi-cal/denti-cal as well as contact info from my medi-cal agent. Could've been a five minute process just to check. This lady smiled coldly as she dismissed me with a "we can't help you". I haven't seen any of the dentists there - they might be top notch, but I am not at all impressed with their choice of staff. This woman at the front desk has a very snobbish and cold attitude, not hospitable at all. On the phone and in person she did not try at all to be helpful, nor courteous, trying to end the conversation before it could even start. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you want to be treated with kindness and courtesy.
