Everyone is professional from the moment you check in to when you check out. They are friendly and walk you through your visit. The office is visibly clean. I do Not question if instruments are clean or not. I appreciate that office staff all take part of your care. The dentist talk to you, not at you. I’ve had bad dental experiences in my youth. I use to have extreme anxiety every time I sat in the dental chair. Dr. Reid and his staff are EXTREMELY patient and reassuring to make it the most comfortable experience that it can possibly be for being at the dentist.
I needed a previous restoration redone and it was not a quick simple process. It ended up being quite a lengthy process, no fault of Dr. Reid or the office.
But I am confident that Dr. Reid and the staff did the best job possible and I am beyond happy and grateful for the end results. Whether I am just getting a routine cleaning done or having a filling done. I would recommend anyone to Magnolia Dentistry whether it’s basic maintenance or restorations. they are good & kind, But.... don't get that wrong, they are all about the money !!!! their prices are expensive & they expect you to pay at the time of services, will not bill your insurance & then bill you for what insurance did not cover. No, u pay & if the insurance pays too, then you have a credit, they will not give you your money back. They recommend Invisalign for everyone, they recommend everything........ just to push you to spend your money @ the office. I know it is typical but this office is very much about the money they can get from you. I would recommend not seeing the new dentist as well Dr. Brady, not at about the patient's
Conclusion to the Review:
about a half hour after i left this review, (which mind you the dentist office sent me asking, my opinion about my Oct. 22,22 visit). i get a phone call from Magnolia Dentistry, i was asked " so we can assume you are not coming back to the office". i was takin back a bit and said " no, why", the young lady responded, "well we just saw your review on google and we feel it would be best if you & your husband move on, since you are not happy with us. " i was surprised, but OK. what i am bothered by is i left an honest review about this Dentistry and the experience i had with the Dr.'s & staff, they didn't' like it so the cut me off. I guess they didn't want to hear the truth or the truth to be known. If you if don't leave glowing review you are done, it comes across as if i am dealing with children - spoiled and entitled. Didn't like what i had say so i got canceled. Think twice about doing a business with them

Dr Wilson is so awesome!! He has helped me several times…he just redid a crown that was a tricky one! It is soooo much better! It looks and feels like my real tooth and my bite is good!! I can’t say enough about how awesome all the staff is and how crazy it is to be able to say I love my dentist office! Haha thank you Magnoliaaaaa!! =)
