I'm a Veteran and this place ROCKS with loads of care, patience and comfort on every level for their clients. I DON'T trust any place that uses medieval instruments that they intend to use in my mouth or any part of my body. The team there were gentle and always asked if I was ok. The staff at Yuba City Modern Denistry made me feel welcome upon arrival! Everyone was very pleasant ; Vanessa when you check in to Jennifer who did the X-rays to the thoroughness of Stephanie the hygienist explication of my dental care to Dr Liem who is very knowledgeable and patient and truly listens plus making sure you understand how teeth relate to overall health and ensuring me what is the best treatment plan . They even went above and beyond with an actual meet and greet to get acquainted with the Dentist before the appointment to help ease any dental apprehensions .Offices are new , modern , (state of the art ) and spotless. I highly recommend .

I have been to many dentists in my life, and I can confidently say that Yuba City Modern Dentistry is the best choice. Whether it’s just for you or your whole family, the staff does a very good job at making the space feel warm and welcoming. Vanessa at the front office is very friendly yet will also work with you to make sure everything is disclosed and scheduled appropriately. Jennifer is great with handling the x-rays, as well as assisting the doctor. Dr. Liem is super nice and approachable, which is a great quality for a dentist. She does not beat around the bush, and will tell you what’s wrong, as well as direct you to your next steps. However, she never makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong, and is always ready to help you with whatever problem you’re having with your teeth. This place is truly amazing, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone that might have anxiety around dentists or is just not thrilled at the idea of going to get your teeth done. The YCMD team will welcome you with open arms and get you the help you need!

Dr. Liem and her staff are beyond amazing! I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Liem went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and that the treatment wasn't overwhelming. I've never had a pleasant experience like that at a dentist's office before! Can't recommend them enough. If you need any kind of dental work, this is the place to go!
