STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE. THEY WILL NOT GUARANTEE IF YOUR INSURANCE PAYS FOR THE FULL BILL. I will not disclose my real name, but I just visited Blanca Peak Dental. Their service is very good, I appreciate how friendly they are and that they deal with everything quickly. But they must be for people more well financially off. When I scheduled my appointment on the phone, they asked for my insurance and I told them it was Medicaid. They told me that Medicaid would not cover all of the bill and that the bill for a checkup would be 132$. Went to the appointment, was still filling out my information when they took me in and started doing the check up, asking questions, doing the Xrays, etc (keep in mind I had not finished filling out the papers) and it was fast. When I went up front and finished up my papers, which did not say anything about insurance except filling out the info, they said that Medicaid does not cover my bill and I had to pay it all. Seemed like an surprise tactic to me, I did not object it but it was not something I could really afford right now and didn't seem worth the price for someone who is poor.
Edit; can't reply to what they said back, but sure, whatever you guys wanna say. Thanks for being extra specific but I guess neither of us have proof for the phone call. Do not bother to notify me, I am glad to find other alternatives for my dental services.

I came in with a chipped front tooth. The staff at Blanca Peak Dental Center did a great job of getting me in quick. They not only repaired my chipped tooth but two other teeth that were damaged and at risk of chipping. The staff is great and Dr. Sarah is very skilled and caring. Thanks!

I can not say enough about Dr. Nazeri and the Blanca Peak Dental team! I have recently received a diagnosis with cancer and they have moved schedules to accommodate my needs. The are very caring and so supportive and excellent in their profession.

This place is NOT professional at all. I went in for a deep cleaning and it was not done properly. The dentist agreed to clean my teeth (correctly) free of charge. . .but then I get a bill stating I owe $144.40! And still my teeth have not been deep cleaned. I am deeply disappointed!

As much as I don’t fancy going to the dentist I always make laughter my go to to calm those nerves of what is to come. My experience in Blanca Peak and the staff is always a joy. They always take care of me. I’m they do this for all their patients but they make you feel like an individual not just a number! 💜

First of all i have to say I had a bad toothache and contacted several other offices before before contacting Blanca Peak and was told by all of them the wait time was a month out. Who can stand that pain for that long??? I even tried to do a walk in at valleywide where i waited from 7 to the time the doors opened to try and get a walk in appointment but was told i had to wait for a cancelation. Finally called Blanca peak and fortunately was granted an appointment the next day. Everyone from the dentist to the lovely ladies at the front desk were caring and attentive from the moment you walk in the door. All my concerns and fears were addressed before the procedure started making me feel extremely comfortable and ready. Couldnt have asked for a better experience and outcome. Minimal pain and a great smile are what I walked out the door with that day. Thank you so much Blanca Peak Dental Center.
