Always a great visit. Every single person here is so friendly and welcoming! They make a visit to the dentist a positive experience. Dr Turchin is very knowledgeable and gave me options for my situation, carefully going over each one. The most stunning veneers I have ever seen. Ive personally watched Dr. Turchin work and I am always blown away by what he is able to do. Pictures of dr Turchins work blown up on a 50 foot screen and a room full of dentists can’t tell what is his work and what are just natural teeth. Ive seen the work of many “experts” and myself and other dentists can always tell what is real and what isnt. Except with Andrew Turchin. It’s beautiful and it’s flawless.

The experience was certainly different below what I expected. I am not sure if it is typical American practice, so I am just listing the differences between today's experience and my expectation built up from previous dental experineces in Germany, Japan, China and Spain.
People were friendly, no need to elaborate.
I took the x-ray and panoramic radiographic image as the first step. But the images were NOT shown to me whatsoever during the whole session, nor were they sent to my email. So the preliminary diagnosis and oral evaluation were simply delivered to me by words instead of visuals.
The session lasted way too long for a tooth filing. I was informed by the patientcare to arrive timely. I did arrive timely before 11:30 as scheduled, but I was finally able to leave the clinic at 13:20. Before today's session, I was under the impression that patient was supposed to have doctor's dedicated attention, but Doctor Turchin seemed to be juggling among different patients at the same time. I am not sure if that is the usual American way. If not, it shows a significant improvement opportunity of time management.
Besides, there is lack of consistency between alignment and deliverables. I was in the hope of getting ONE tooth filing. The doctor suggested getting two tooth filings based on the diagnosis, which I appreciated. He did anaesthetize both teeth. But I ended up with only one tooth filing completed as I was informed Doctor Turchin didn't have enough time to do the second tooth filing... To be honest, I am never a fan of empty alignment and lack of consistency.
Conclusion is pretty clear - I won't come back and I wouldn't recommend the clinic to my friends.

Incredible experience for my new patient visit today. If you live in Aspen, then there's no question that this is the best operation around. If you don't live in Aspen, and I have experience having raised three kids in St. Louis with one of the best dentists there, I would have travelled here to have this kind of service for at least my husband and myself. If only all the organizations in Aspen could operate so flawlessly and be as world class as Dr. Turchin's office!
