I explained to her more than ONCE that I wanted to schedule as a new patient and was in no pain. she kept asking what I needed to be seen for. Like am I supposed to know I need an OP in tooth number #12 or an RCT?" Another customer said, "My first visit with this office went pleasant, and I finally felt comfortable with a dentist. Dr. Heideman had created a care plan for me as I had quite a bit of work done. The first visit was smooth. My second visit came and went, I had some fillings done and they threw off my bite entirely. Through this time I also purchased a dental appliance as I grind and clench my teeth the assistant helping me was great; however again Dr. H was incredibly rude."

I recently saw Dr. Grantham here at this location after not seeing a dentist for over 2 years. I had many cavities and a broken tooth. If I could leave 10 stars I would. I came to comfort dental because the other dentist I saw ordered several root canals and would not put caps just temporary well with enough time the temporary caps break/Crack resulting in 3 surgical extractions. I have been going to Comfort Dental for about a month once a week and I couldn't be more satisfied they are doing the work that needs to be done to fix the mess my old dentist caused. I've never felt so comfortable and vulnerable I trust the Dentists judgment.
I had a bad tooth and it was closing time and they stayed late to finish the last minute extraction. It was greatly appreciated and no more pain. I have been recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you ALL for your services, I couldn't be more satisfied. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

Dishonest and unqualified. Went in a week ago to get a price on a tooth removal. Of course like used car salesmen they couldn't without seeing it, which I have got several prices from better companies over the phone, but it was close to the house so I paid the $30. I was then referred to "their other office" to get the work done. I requested copies of the x-rays which was another $25 and was told to come get them. Upon arrival I was told that they were emailed and I could not pick them up, wasted my time, and all the did was send a screen shot of my x-rays. Obviously they don't want anyone having clear copies to go somewhere else. Spoke to the other office and was told that it wasn't the right x-rays and would have to pay another $90, got their manager on the phone who was unprofessional and agreed that this Aurora east office was full of clowns. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS FLIM FLAM SCAM OFFICE. Obviously they can't even take x-rays correctly and couldn't do the work if they wanted too, they will take your money and that's it.

I've been coming to this location for several years and I only trust Dr. Heideman to help me with my oral health/treatments. The BEST work, usually no problems, kind staff, and 100% comfort! If i could give a higher rating I would! Best place in Aurora/Denver!

Dr. Nate Sherman and Michelle is the go to people when you need dental work done, they got me in on short notice and repaired a tooth that had broke on me. I definitely recommend Comfort dental, and this office in particular. I will recommend everyone I know, and my wife will be scheduling her appointments here from now on. Thanks again Nate and Michelle you guys ROCK!
Ironic Optimism
The dentists here have been great to me and my boyfriend for years now. He just got 3 teeth pulled last Wednesday and they didn't disappoint again! The doctor made sure the visit was as comfortable as possible and really listened to him. They got him in and out fast too!! Which I was super grateful for. He's had minimal pain for what it was. 3 teeth, of course it hurt! But minimally. Thank you to ALL the dentists there for making us as comfortable as possible, listening to our needs and getting us in and out quickly!! We will not go any where else!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me!!

So Unorganized!!! Office staff has no clue to what is going on had appointment to fill cavities was told appointment was for a 900$ crown which I told them couldn’t afford at the previous appointment.
my son and I share the same name they constantly confuse and combine our dental histories together which is very unprofessional .
Comfort Dental treats you like a number than forgets what your number is !!!!
