Everytime i come here, I wait 20 minutes in an empty waiting room before I'm seen. I'm not coming back, figure out how to schedule patients appropriately. It's not like I'm calling day of asking you to squeeze me in, we scheduled this 6 months in advance. You have had ample notice I was coming.
Edit: I am not calling your main number. When I told the receptionist I wouldn't be scheduling another appointment because of the delay they just told me, "Okay." It's clear you do not care about my experience.

I recently had a visit to get a second opinion on a treatment that had been previously presented to me, and I'm so happy that I waited and went to Brighton Modern. Dr. Roggow saved my tooth. I went into the office thinking I needed an implant, and all I needed was a crown replacement. I especially liked that I got my crown the same day and didn't have to return for a second visit. The DAs Lexy and Nereyda were so kind. Rachele, the health coordinator, was friendly and checked me in; she was able to explain to me my treatment plan and answer all my questions.

The best dentist I’ve ever had, Doctor Roggow is awesome plus the two assistants Anahi and Anastasia and the front counter with Pierre are just as amazing! I’ve had multiple root canals and crowns put in here and every time it has been a great experience!

From the moment i walked in the front door i was greeted nicely and felt very welcomed , when i went to the back i felt very nervous and a little scared , when i went to get xrays done i was helped out by a woman named Nereyda she was awesome ! Made me feel comfortable and suddenly not so scared ! It was an overall great experience definitly will continue to go there and will refer family and friends !!!!!
