I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to take the time to share my experience as a new patient at Fleischmann Family Dentistry. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and provided great customer service, both over the phone and in person. The office space is welcoming, modern and clean, and they incorporate updated technology and the latest practices in dentistry. Shannon was a wonderful hygienist and communicated thoroughly about everything she did and ensured I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Fleischmann was very knowledgeable, friendly and complimentary of his team. I will definitely be a returning customer. Finally, I want to add that it was refreshing that they didn't try to upsell me on extra services while I was there, which I experienced regularly at another dental office in Broomfield. Thanks for creating such a great experience for your patients!

I had a filling performed at this office — and it was a nightmare. A few days after the initial filling, the crown was obviously a bad fit, painful and sensitive. Assuming it was the bite, the dentist shaved it down. The pain still continued, and they later shaved it down again. The best part is that on the second visit, they charged my insurance for a less than 5-minute checkup for THEIR initial service that messed up the tooth. Once I discovered this, they said they would refund my insurance, and never did it. I now get facial and tooth pain every time I get a nasal infection. Oh — my insurance let me know this office also charged 5x the network rate for a basic check in and cleaning. I have since gone to another dentist after that and they told me that the filling was done so badly that I now need a root canal. And since it's in a difficult spot, I'll need to go to a specialist. Never again.

Today was my first time at Fleischmann Family Dentistry and it was such a great experience! The staff was all extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely. I was in and out within an hour. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Another great visit to Fleischmann. From the minute you walk in, the staff is always very welcoming and helpful. I remember when I wanted to skip my dentist appointments because I felt like I was only going to get told how bad I was at taking care of my teeth. Not at Fleischmann, they are very professional and make sure you understand the importance of taking care of your teeth.

Sherri and Dave are fantastic. Sherri is the dental hygienist who motivates me to brush and floss. She is gentle and I look forward to going to the dentist. Dave is a fantastic dentist. Dave is gentle, detailed at his job, and pays attention to me as a person as well as all the details of my teeth, gums, and dental health.

This office is lovely but does not preform ANY work other than consult and cleaning. If you have a cavity, you will be asked to pay for their consultation, then given a referral to thier friend who will again charge you for a consultation (this time your insurance won't cover it).
It was not always the case, I remember getting fillings from Dr Brooke. Now, they relieve you of your money and send you out with your pain.
