Kelsey does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and helping me improve my dental hygiene. Dr. Chiu is thorough and supportive. I truly enjoy my visits to this clinic. best dental experience ever!

This dental practice is the best. My hygienist Kelsey is amazing. She is very thoughtful about my comfort during cleanings. She has such a great personality that I actually look forward to seeing her. Stacy at the front desk is always so kind. She always makes sure followup appointments are scheduled before I leave. Lastly, Dr. Chiu is the best dentist I have had in a very long time. She makes sure to explain things before your procedure so you know what to expect. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They also have the Smile Plan for those without dental insurance. It gives great discounts on services beyond routine maintenance.

They're always so friendly and remember conversations from previous appointments! Don't think I've ever recommended a dentist before, but Orchard Dental Care is definitely worth the recommendation!

A billing or clerical issue related to insurance meant that somehow my bill was not paid. As other reviewers noted, had I known at the time of service my insurance was not going to cover the cleaning, I would have gone elsewhere. That bill, $672 for a routine visit, went to my credit report within the year. I have no complaints about the dentist. I'm absolutely unhappy with the practice. I was a patient there for years.

I've been going to Orchard Dental care for about 25 years. Way back then it was based off of a referral because my mouth was a mess. What has been great is the people there know their stuff and the staff has stayed even when ownership and dentists have changed. Dr Chiu is great and I see some many qualities in her that were in the past that have made Orchard Dental a place I use and refer people to.
