Dr Downey, is the best dentist I've ever been to he will make sure you're comfortable and relaxed and always make sure you're OK. I just gotta say with how many years of bad experience with dentists, best place i have ever been to. I will bring my children here! Thank you to all the staff for being amazing as well.

Just had a painful tooth pulled today. Staff were friendly and I was well taken care of. Hasselback made sure I was comfortable and well numbed for the extraction. I’ve had a bad experience with dentists in the past and I recommend this office to those who are sketchy about going to the dentist. Definitely plan on returning 👍

Cannot say enough good things about this place and Dr. Downey. I had not been to the dentist in almost 10 years after a previous dentists hand "slipped" and she accidentally drilled a hole through my lip. Needless to say, I needed A LOT of dental work done. Dr. Downey took away my fear of dentists. He always made sure I was not in any pain and was very comforting. I had 7 appointments to get all of the work done and I always left satisfied. When looking at my teeth, you cannot even tell that I had about 12 fillings. The orthodontist could not even tell which teeth had crowns because the work was performed so well. If you're looking for a new dentist, THIS is the place to go.

Dr. Hasselback was extremely rude to me. I am the mother of a disabled young man. The deep cleaning procedure was not explained to me. We did not know what work was done. A 'deep cleaning' of all 4 quadrants took 20 minutes. I'm not a dentist but google tells me it can be up to 1 hour for each quadrant. The office billed Medicaid for all 4 quadrants & not that procedure cannot be performed by another provider for 3 years. Dr. Hasselback's last statement to me was "we provide services to Medicaid patients as a courtesy". He also said 3 crowns were necessary but 2 other dentists have said just 1. BEWARE!

I love this dental office,, everyone is awesome. Dr. Downey is a terrific dentist, I always hated going to the dentist. Wonderful dental experience from the moment I walked in. I felt very welcomed and treated as if i was a family member. Sara (dental assistant) was very sweet and caring. Dr. Downey was very professional and explained every detail and gives you options. He has magic when giving anesthetic....Didn't feel anything!!!! Thank you Dr. Downey and Staff...you guys are the BEST!! see you guys soon!!

BEST COMFORT DENTAL IN THE SPRINGS!!! A++ Care from 2 different amazing dentists Downey and Hasselback. They actually communicate with eachother!! 🤯 Shocking I know! The other Comfort Dentals especially the Oral surgery one are so so bad it's not worth going. Trust me when I say that this is the best one no doubt about it.

Got a cleaning and checkup here and the whole process was easy and pain free. Staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease even though it was my first visit. The dental assistant that did my cleaning was very gentle with my sensitive gums which was a huge plus! Dentist was very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth up. Glad to have found our new dentist!!
