The facility was clean. The staff was professional, welcoming and fun to talk to. I was told what was going on at each step. And they are more than willing to work with their patients on what needs to be done, over what length of time. I didn't feel pressured to make another appointment to spend thousands of dollars. I will definitely go back for my dental needs and recommend you do the same.

The entire staff is so caring, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr Keen and the hygienist did a great job on my teeth this visit. I have been a patient here for awhile and have always had good experiences to share.

Went in to have a tooth pulled on Monday. Everyone in the office was very nice, and Dr. Keen was gentle and quite pleasant compared to others I've dealt with. Even without insurance, the price wasn't outrageous. They do offer payment plans, which is what attracted me to this office in the first place, even though I wound up not needing it. Definitely recommend this dentist, and I will be back!

Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Keen and the team at South Springs Dental. I drive from the border of Monument to go every 6 months for exam & cleaning and worth the drive for quality care and comfort.

I was suppose to have an appointment today to see the dentist about getting a root canal done that my previous dentist confirmed I needed. Well besides the roads being slick and the major amounts of snowfall, I’m 7 months pregnant and did not want to risk driving when all of fort Carson was released for the day because of the weather. Well she insisted I lock in another appointment for next week and I informed her that next week I have a bunch of appointments for my pregnancy. Then I asked if I could call back to reschedule when I find out what will work for my husbands work schedule to be able to watch our kids for my appt. She rudely stated that she needs to lock in the appointment so we have it scheduled and it’s too easy to just call back and reschedule if I need to. She was super pushy and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. I think this is just a tactic to get money for missed appointments. Highly unprofessional and I haven’t even been to this office. I was looking forward to doing business with them until she kept pushing me to make another appointment. I will take my business elsewhere.

I was treated with exceptional care. The dental assistant made me feel as comfortable as possible for the work that was being done on my teeth. The dentist has a very good and gentle touch. They are very knowledgeable and made sure everything turned out just right.

Great Great Dentist , Dr. Keen. Very experienced, Really knows Full spectrum Dentistry, and shows great care for her patients! I'm 70, and she really took the time to lay out all my problems, and gave great solutions and guidance

I really appreciate the staff and especially Dr. Keen. I've had a past of bad experiences at other dentist offices that were very traumatic. This office is the first time in 38 years that I enjoyed going to the dentist. They are so knowledgeable and very good dentist.

Whenever I hear the word "Dentist" it sends shivers down my spine. I've been to 2 different ones and both made my teeth worse. So when I had to go back I was so nervous and my heartrate was high. Anthony, I think thats his name, He brought me back and made me feel really comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel alot better. On the way out the lady at the desk, cant remember her name she has short black hair, was amazing. She explained my bill and explained that I needed more appointments and she set me right up. I love her!! Today I went and I seen Colby, he was amazing. He made me laugh and made my experience even better. He only been working there 4 months but I thought he been there for years. He knew what he was doing and had a great personality. I love Dr. Keen. She has done the best work on me and made me very comfortable and also made me laugh. I would recommend everyone to come to South Spring, they are all amazing!!! Its nice to go to the dentist and feel comfortable and not nervous!! Thank you everyone for making me believe that there are great dentists and dentist assistants out there!!! Yall rock!!!
