Just PCS’d here a few months ago and wasn’t sure where to go. Did a search on the Carson spouse page for who they recommended and numerous people recommended this same place so decided to check it out and glad I did. Staff was super friendly facility was clean and even had fresh coffee. Dentist was super nice and explained everything very well. Definitely found my dentist for this area, highly recommend this place.

Never, ever again. I went in with an infection and severe tooth pain. I explained to Dr. Keen that I wanted to go through and get all teeth extracted and get the implant supported dentures. No, this genius wanted me to get the dentures and then get the extractions. I told her again that I wanted the extractions done first and she suggested to get the dentures first and get the extractions done in multiple visits. Why would I get dentures if I can't even use them until AFTER the extractions are done? It just seems like this place is all about the money and doesn't really give a damn what the patient wants. I don't recommend this place to anybody. Now I have to go find another dentist who will actually listen to me and what I want rather than trying to push something on me.

I had to get some fillings done on my teeth and did not have a dentist to go to. I found South Springs Dental that was close to my home. When I first read the consent forms, I was a little nervous about getting my teeth filled. Dr Keen and her assistant knew what to do and say to comfort me. I literally didn't feel a thing during the operation. Dr Keen is a true professional dentist and I appreciate the work and support they gave me. Also, what a nice office they have for a dentist.

I'm 69 years old and my previous dentist of 29 years recently retired. So, I needed to find a new dentist. The approach to restoring and/or maintaining my dental health was so much more advanced than anything I have previously experienced in my life. The entire staff is TOP NOTCH!! Leslie, did my perio-maintenance, & she is extremely skilled & dedicated to performing a highly thorough cleaning, taking NO shortcuts!! She has a wealth of knowledge & abilities from her extensive years in the field of dental hygienist as well as dental assisting. Dr. Keen is a delight & a highly skilled, intuitive professional, who performed her exam & provided insightful observations & recommendations. From being cheerfully greeted & welcomed by Chelsea, who had me checked in, before I walked through the door ( on 2nd appt.!), to Russell, who painstakingly ( w/ a patient, caring, wonderful attitude!) looked into all the possible options I'd have, to complete my needed procedure, to Meagan ( who took extra time to assist me, w/such a bright, bubbly & caring attitude, on a follow-up call I made to South Springs Dental Group, to everyone in between, w/ whom I had even the briefest of contact:( Kovi, Anthony, Lorna) I felt well cared for and appreciated. Thank you, ALL!!
