It was so nice meeting Dr. Keen, Melissa and the team here! They were a pleasant dynamic duo of friendliness, personal care and professionalism to get my husband and I back in a good routine of care. I forgot it was our first visit lol.. We felt welcomed right away by Nadine and enjoyed the cozy feeling of the lobby. I recommended South Springs to a friend right after my visit. Dr Keen and her staff always make a trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience! They are friendly to a fault and do a great job in granting last minute requests for emergent tooth issues! The prices are very reasonable and everyone works hard to ensure a positive patient experience!

I came in with a severe tooth ache and needed to be seen ASAP, and they were able to take me without an appointment. They didn’t accept either of my insurances so they gave me a $19 dollar fee for full x-rays and an exam which is super nice. The man at the desk was so sweet and attentive. Once I got back to my room, the dental assistant I had made me feel very comfortable considering I have bad anxiety at the dentist. I definitely recommend coming here, customer service is big in my eyes which makes me much more willing to return in the future.
