I went there on Veteran's day. They are the only dental office I know of the gives free dental work to Veteran's. They are very friendly, clean, organized, updated with the latest technology and knowledgeable. Dr. Pack is good with all of his patients and Krystal was excellent with my x-rays, examination, and deep cleaning. A very professional group!

Went in for a two hour procedure and was treated as if I was the only patient they had. First class attention and care from start to finish. Dr. Pack took extra time to complete the procedure in a professional and pain free manner. Was in today for a much needed extraction. I arrived in allot of pain and in really bad shape. Dr Pack and his team to care of it quickly. They were all very respectful and kind concerning the shape I was and waiting so long to get this taken care of. I’ll be returning next month to start a plan to get my oral hygiene in check. I would highly recommend Cortez Dental. Dr. Pack is very conscientious. He takes time to be sure you know what he is going to do for you. He is very willing to take time to explain the procedures and he listens to what concerns you. He gets you in on time--No waiting. I have been very pleased with my experience.

No doubt why this place have 5 stars out five, they were just amazing!!, the doctor was very kind and even tho, I was nervous he took his time to explain everything and even talk to my orthodontist about my extraction.
They are just an adorable team, I even wish I could work there lol.

Staff is very friendly, did not have to wait when I got there. Dr. Pack was very concerned about my pain level and took extra care to give me extra medicine. Very happy or as happy as you can be when getting 2 teeth extracted.
