Dr Phan was wonderful and excellent at explaining procedures so I could understand exactly what would be happening before I made my decisions. However, I originally made the appointment to have my teeth cleaned. When I went in they wanted to do a full set of x-rays which I’ve already had done in another state where I was living I didn’t call my previous dentist in time to have my x-rays sent to this office so they weren’t there when I went in for my cleaning. It didn’t make sense for me to go through an entire new set of x-rays but I did let them take an x-ray of one tooth that was bothering me After I had my consultation with the doctor I asked if I would be getting my cleaning now and I was told that because I didn’t get a full set of x-rays they weren’t available to do the teeth cleaning. This didn’t make much sense to me as I was just having plaque cleaned off of my teeth and this is the purpose for my appointment in the first place. No one told me at the beginning of my appointment that I wasn’t gonna be able to get a cleaning and less I had a full set of x-rays. This was clearly a miscommunication from the start. Other than this mess, the office is wonderful the staff as warm and inviting and I will most likely go back to this office.

Haven’t been to the dentist in 5-6 years. I was Kinda nervous, but the whole staff here was so nice & welcoming it made the time went by fast. Thankyou guys. Will be coming back for future teeth work.

I can’t stress enough how awesome this place is. I HATE going to the dentist (so much so I had a black front tooth and didn’t fix it even though I have insurance) well I chipped my front tooth and since It was the black one I called them up and they got me in the same day to look at it. Now since there no point in fixing the black one I opted to get it capped along with my other tooth for uniformity. I get panic attacks over how stressed I get going to these places and they made me feel right at ease and made it effortless/painless to get the procedure done. I would recommend them for anyone for anything, love this place!!!
