Appleton Dental

What a wonderful experience! I am new to Grand Junction and got referred to Appleton by my new neighbors who have been going here for years. It’s always difficult to find a new dentist office that you really like. Dr. Maurer was so friendly and welcoming that I felt comfortable immediately. I went in for a routine cleaning followed by an exam. They were extremely thorough and you could tell that they actually care about their patients. Luckily no cavities this time but I already have my next cleaning booked. I’m so happy to say that I’ve found my permanent dentist!

After years of not going to the dentist because of negative experiences, I finally found a good one. Thanks to Brigid for taking great care of me, because of her, I'll be returning regularly.

First visit with Appleton Dental and I was very impressed. No long waits, professional staff with great personalities from front desk to actual procedures, I am so pleased with my appt and everything that was done. I am so happy to be a patient at Appleton Dental.

We were on the search for a new dentist that excepted my daughters insurance. I called and asked if they accepted our insurance, and they said yes. But it was maddening to find out AFTER my daughters appointment that they did not in fact accept the ins. And that I was to pay $300 for a cleaning!! Complete garbage!! The ladies up front deal with ins. all the time and should clarify, or ask more questions about the insurance in order to determine! We will definitely not go back!

Wow. Freaking fantastic. Every time I've been to the dentist before has been an absolute nightmare. Multiple shots of local anesthetic to no effect, shoddy work, pain... that's why I didn't go to the dentist for years, and now have a mouth full of bad teeth.

Not this time. They pulled my tooth out clean in one go. Some topical numbing cream so I wouldn't feel the shot of local anesthetic. I don't know what they used, but I didn't even feel my tooth being pulled. Just a bit of pressure.

Casper is a miracle worker, and I would recommend him 100% again.

when it comes to dentists I have a hard time going. I don't like needles and so I usually have work done with no Novocain. I met with Dr. Mauer and found him to be a very understanding Dr. The staff at the office is awesome and worked with me and my phobia. I had to have two crowns done and wanted it done on the same day. I did not want to see or feel the needle. All I can say is AWESOME. I have no problem going back for any future dental needs at this office.

Started going there 10 years ago. At first it was great. I was recommended by a couple of current patients, who really liked them. Then I went in for a denture repair. The repair went fine, but Dr Maurer then offered to do a reline on my denture, to help improve the fit. I agreed as he said he was fairly certain that he could make them fit 'better.' I didn't expect perfect. I wasn't having any sore spot issues, just that they were loose. He did an in office re-line, that did nothing. Then he did a lab re-line, which also did not help. He did re-lines for two other patients that I know of that worked great! They were the only reason I agreed to let him do it. When neither of mine worked, he refused to do anything else at all. Too bad too, becuz I am now in a position where I can afford to purchase new dentures, and am. But not thru appleton.

Every expeience I have had here has been positive. Both Dr Amber and Dr Casper are awesome!

These guys are just the best. I would never go anywhere else. They are professional, fun and so good at what they do.
