Bookcliff Family Dental

Bookcliff Family Dental is the best! I have been going here for years and I always look forward to it. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and friendly. My hygienist is Stephanie, and she is so sweet and personable. She always remembers details about things happening in my life. At this point, when exciting things happen in my life, I get excited for my next cleaning so I can update the team about my life. I’ve gotten several family members to join this office and they all have great experiences too. I don’t have dental insurance, but their in-house dental plan makes it very affordable. I trust the team with the work they do and I always feel comfortable and in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office!

My first visit here …
The dentist’s office where I had been a patient of for many many years changed the practice to oral surgery and dental implants … And so reluctantly, I had to change hygienists/dentist offices … My previous hygienist was so very gentle and listened to me….As did the dentist… I found that Abby, my new hygienist and Ryan the dentist were both very caring. I didn’t feel that they were trying to do unnecessary films or procedures. I am looking forward to my next visit in April, hoping it goes as well as this one did. also the front desk receptionist and the scheduler were very kind and efficient.

If you are a person that doesn't like going to the Dentist this is the place for you. I have had many bad dental experiences resulting in less than optimal dental work. When my long term Dentist retired I was at a loss on where to go. I went to Bookcliff Dental because my hygienist Mel had relocated there. What a pleasant surprise to find such a nice environment, great staff, and a nice Dentist. I had to have fillings with Dr. Helgerson and his most lovely assistant Regina. It was one of the most pleasant dental encounters I have ever had, it was easy. Comfortable and good dental work all in one place.

This office is amazingly professional, timely, and helpful. My dental hygienist, Melanie, is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Robin provided me with the specifics regarding my insurance. I was so glad to meet Dr. Ryan, and he found a dental situation of which I was not aware, so now I can get that taken care of. I think it is so neat that they give back to the community by supporting nonprofits which help our fellow human beings. It seems they click with each other and probably spend staff time together setting goals and supporting each other.

I had an excellent experience at Bookcliff Dental! Melanie was so friendly and kind during my exam and cleaning. Dr. Ryan was so personable and took the time to explain things in a way for me to understand. I’d recommend Bookcliff to anyone looking for a great dental experience with people that truly care!

Great environment. Melanie my hygienist is awesome, makes me feel so comfortable. Dr Ryan is wonderful and truly cares. Robin and Ashlyn were great at greeting and finalizing my visit. So happy I made the change.

I had a very good experience at Bookcliff Family Dental. I have a molar that causes me no pain but is a bit discolored. Other dentists have wanted to remove it but I was told today that a crown is a better option If and when the situation requires. How refreshing! Abbey, who cleaned my teeth was also very good. The employees are happy and that says a lot!

The people here really helped me to get my situation fixed quickly and effectively! Dr. Helgerson did an amazing job on my teeth and they feel even better. Regina really made me feel comfortable and made sure I wasn’t in any pain and Robin helped relive my stress by helping me to figure out insurance:)

Everyone is always nice and helpful when I have questions. I get appointment reminders via text and email. They make sure I am comfortable at all times. I can even make payments! Bookcliff Family Dental makes me feel confident with the care I receive.

Dr. Ryan and his staff took great care of me. They got me in on a same day emergency appointment and they were able to schedule a 2 day follow up to take care of my toothache. Super awesome staff and nice office. Thanks, Dr. Ryan!
