Dr. Scott and the team at Comfort Dental are always friendly, courteous and professional. Although nobody loves going to the dentist, they make it a pleasant experience and help to put you at ease with their patience and reassurance. I never feel pressured to have any procedure and all options are provided without judgement. I would recommend them to anyone who is comfortable with going to the dentist as well as those people that struggle with anxiety related to dental care. Thank you Dr. Scott. :-)

The staff has been amazing. I had to have dentures at age 34 and they considered my circumstances and agreed. The process was smooth and fast and my new teeth fit great.

All the workers are very nice and gentle earlier in the year before I got my braces off I had some pretty severe teeth trauma and they all made sure they were gentle enough to not hurt me a great place to go if you want your braces and teeth to look good:)

Absolutely terrible. The building was very out of date and chaotic. Very time i call them no one would answer the phone. They messed up my appointment And I wanted to get my teeth cleaned. It took about 1 month to get in and they only took X-rays and didn’t clean my teeth that day. They only found one cavity when they took X-rays I went to a different dentist and they found more than one.Their technology was super old. I would recommend going here.

They used to be really good. If you liked a certain dentist, they'd try to set that dentist up for you. If you felt something was off during your procedure, they would stop, reassess what they were doing, and get it done right. But the last couple of visits I've made here were pretty darn sketch. They act like the jiffy lube of dentistry.

I'm really upset with them for having done a crown wrong that is resulting in more work that I have to see a specialist for now, and the way they act regarding their work. Had they done their job right the first time this wouldn't be an issue, plus if they would listen to their patients every once in a while, they might be able to do a better job too, but they choose not to.

Recently they did a root canal on one of my teeth, I told the assistant who was putting on my cap (who did all the work in doing so mind you) that the cap wasn't fitting correctly, and almost felt backwards. But because she's the dental assistant, how would I know better than her right? She just said no it isn't and carried on.

Unfortunately for me she is very wrong, having such a tall incorrectly placed cap means I'm biting my teeth when I don't want to, breaking other teeth that were doing fine until now, which is painful and more than likely the reason the root fractured, and hence, why I must see a specialist now. I've gone back to them three times concerning this issue, a 200 mile round trip each time for me due to the remote area I live. I pointed out their mistakes, and how all of this could have been avoided the day she put it on or even the second visit back to them. The dentist I was now assigned to there, Dr. Black, is a rude af person in general. He said "this is where we're at now", got up and left my sectional. The dental assistant was really short with me too. Why thanks Comfort Dental.

To say the least I won't be going back. I advise you to save your money and go elsewhere, where the staff actually care about your teeth, health, and financial wellbeing. Unless you want your dentist office to take zero accountability or corrective action in there procedure, but instead, offer you the comforting line, "this is where we're at now", sending you somewhere else.

Did I mention they had me drive 100 miles to refer me to another office I'd have to set up an appointment for? They're really somethin special..

Will pull your child's wisdom teeth, using barely any numbing agents, then prescribe Ibprophine for the pain. Dont subject your kids to the pain

Nightmare. Incompetent staff & “dentists” are a bad Joke! Like a third world clinic. Horrible treatment and a very very bad overall vibe. There are much better choices. A very dangerous place for your heath. Stay away!!⚠️

Myra is always so welcoming and sweet to me. I love seeing her every visit. All the staff is amazing and very helpful.

The staff is wonderful. They take great care of my kids. Always friendly and helpful.

The staff is really nice; it’s always been a good time that I had to come in for my braces 😁
