I had a very nice visit. I’m used to “eh” news when I go in, but this time it was gold stars across the board! Shelby was very nice and I like how she cleans. I’ve had people in the past who don’t know their own strength, and have made the experience painful, but Shelby was AWESOME!

I didn't have a great experience here. I kept seeing a different dentist every time I was there. There was no continuity of care. The billing department struggled to figure out how to bill my insurance and they kept sending me bills for things that my insurance covers. I always had to double check their work and had to call them a number of times. The work that they did was good, but the above factors were definitely an issue.

This is a warning to all those with phobias to please contact another doctor. Anyone with a fear of needles or dentists needs to steer clear. After giving incredibly plain and clear directions to work around a needle phobia, the staff here blatantly disregarded all requests and sent my partner home in a total panic. Her fears were not respected and her needs were absolutely ignored. Many dentists before have successfully met these requests, but this office failed. Someone else in town will have to fill this simple request.
TL;DR This facility failed to take/read simple notes and take care of a sensitive phobia that dentists need to deal with every day. Please if you are afraid, don’t go!

Chipped tooth on Friday called set appointment for Tuesday 8am, Monday was a holiday. Done exam gave me treatment options both for broken tooth and other issues. Most impressed did not pressure me to do everything needed. They pulled bad tooth that day. Have found me a dentist I can trust.
