My experience was very unpleasant. The woman who runs the front desk was not very nice. The dentists here come and go monthly. Very unreliable and a large embarrassment to the Dental community. 👎

If I could give NO STARS, I would. The receptionist is unbelievably rude and acts like it's YOUR JOB to be kind to her. The rest of the crew really aren't worth the floss they clean your teeth with.Any Any company that allows their employees to treat their customers with such rude behavior shouldn't be in business. If you can, avoid this joke of a business. People just dont seem to realize that CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything.

A year ago I went to get our cleaning done here but now that I no longer live there, i have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the office. I am trying to get my records and they never answer the phone. Very unprofessional unfortunately!

I am unable to leave zero stars. This office is very unprofessional. I scheduled back in August 2022 for a September appointment. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times and attempted to reschedule today for a fourth time to December 2022. I would not recommend going here at all.

An extremely friendly staff. I had a great visit with the Doctor and the staff there. We talked over my options and I left satisfied that we came up with the Best option for me. I am very happy with their service and will return to them as my regular dentist office.

Hello. I have lived here in La Junta for almost 41 years. I do not agree with the way they have treated their staff. They fired just about everyone in 1 day. 5 people lost their jobs. All to be replaced with the owners friends from a different city. This community cares for our hard working moms. And we should stand by their sides as they struggle to find new work during these rough times. Please stay away from this place. Their true colors are shown in a YouTube video firing one of the five employees who fell victim to this practices greedy and ungodly ways. Just say NO to Dental Depot.!

I could not even get an appointment for my daughter at this place. Her Medicaid was verified by 3 different agencies, but Dental Depot stated she was ineligible. Now I have to drive over an hour to take her to a dentist. This is difficult for me due to health issues. This place sucks!!!!!

The Office is conveniently located just down the street From my home and my childrens schools which made it easy for me to take my three children and myself to get our 6 month cleanings done , not only was it easy to schedule a appointments for my children but they were able to get us all scheduled together and around my work schedule and my children's school hours which was great and they still offered a Note for my work or school if needed . The staff and dentist very polite and very good with the kids and explaining to them the importance of dental hygiene at the end of the visit they explained to me what each one of my children's dental needs were and any treatment they needed done. I would most defiantly recommend my friends and Family to be seen at this dental office because its local and takes Medicaid and also accepts my husbands work insurance plan. See you all at our next 6months visit🙂😆

HORRIBLE to say the least. The lady who runs this place is such a perfect example of how NOT to be a business owner. Treating people with such disrespect discusses me. I really do hope people start realizing the truth about Dental Depot. I encourage you all to find the YouTube video of the owner firing everyone for no reason. The video really did bring tears to my eyes. I will never go back. No way!

Came into the office this morning and I was very pleased. I seen all the bad reviews on this place and I don’t agree with them at all. The new staff was friendly. What I really liked was that it was clean. This place was not clean when I came in a few months ago and now it actually looks like a dentist office. Staff were not on their phones they were actually working. Great job Dental Depot.
