Dr Kat is amazing! The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful! They all understand that dentists can be very costly and they work with you while also informing and showing you exactly what is needed and why it is being recommended. Highly recommend!

Honestly by far the best experience I've had visiting a dentist office! From the tremendous help of the front desk ladies, to the xray tech that made it the easiest xray experience, all the way to the big dogs! This is a dental family that really wants to not only help you be comfortable, but to make sure you're properly taken care throughout the whole process! I've been using Lakewood Dentists for years and had great experiences. What is making write a review is how pleased I was with their treatment of my 8 and 10 year old boys the other day. The boys can be a handful when they're together. When the Dental Assistant, Denee, came to get them, I offered to hold one back for her so she would not have to deal with them together but she said it would be fine and her attitude and demeanor made me feel comfort. She was true to her word and she dealth with them together just fine during their back to back appointments. Afterward I thanked her for tolerating them and she said it was absolutely no problem and that she loves kids. I could tell she was telling the truth, not just saying that to make me feel better. She does genuinely want to give the kids a better experience. Thanks, Dr. Kat and Denee and the rest of the staff who also tolerate with kindness my anxiety around my own visits!

Worst customer service. Was completely lied to before oral surgery and now owe thousands more than I was told. Would have waited for the second surgery but was told "you're all good and covered." The utter lack of knowledge and empathy in this office was truly disappointing.

The location is in a good area and the interior is plesant and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided all the necessary support, including information regarding financing options. Overall, I had a great visit. I look forward to returning again!

I called asking when I could get a crown installed and they squeezed me in the next day. The crown was made in the office so I don't have to go back for a second appointment. Also, this is literally the first time I have had dental work done and didn't ask for more anesthetic. Thank you Dr. Endress for zero pain! Great experience
