The entire staff is friendly and very professional and they work hard to make you feel better.
The front desk staff is knowledgeable and courteous.
The medical and dental staff are top-notch and have your best interests in mind and have an awesome bed-side manner. (My daughter absolutely loves her pediatrician)
As with all medical offices they require masks when you are inside but will allow you to go outside to wait after checking in.
Vaccinations and blood draws of all types are available by appointment (some types need a Dr's request)
The clinic will work with low income patients so you don't have to worry about bills while you recover.
Appointments are easy to make and you can usually get in to see them within 24 business hours if you are sick.
Children's books are available to keep the kiddos busy before appointments.
School sports physicals are available.
The building is spotless, the waiting room is comfortable and there is plenty of parking.
The location is on the bus route for easy access.
I appreciate that there are multiple clinics across the Arkansas Valley area in the Valley-Wide system. (My local PCG was transferred to another clinic in the system and I was allowed follow without changing anything in my paperwork)

Came here for a dental appointment because of tooth pain and sensitivity, along with recent swelling around the area. They took an x-ray and told me everything was fine, they didn't see anything unusual, and sent me on my way. Fast forward 2-3 months and I ended up going to the er for severe tooth and ear pain along with swelling and head aches. I then ended up in a dental office where I got x-rays of the same exact k9 tooth and the dentist showed me the abscess above my tooth along with my root being recessed and tooth to be dying. I could've avoided the extra bills and prolonged time with an absces which landed me in the er. The x-ray clearly showed what was wrong, not happy with my experience here. Save yourself time and money, go see a real dentist.

Aweful. I need a 2nd molar root canal. They 1st send me to Kid and Family Dentist in Pueblo (they don't/won't do them). When I complain they send me to Comfort Dental in Pueblo (they don't/won't do them). What is going on? I wasted 2 full days and still am no closer to getting the needed services. They have a Dental Navigator who obviously couldn't find her way out of an unlocked room. The dentist has a foul personality (and might or might not be leaving "but let's go ahead an do an evaluation anyway." Unprofessional. Find a stand-alone dentist in a neighboring town. Just because they are the only game in town doesn't mean you have to play their game!

You all can't even answer the phones for anyone to make an appointment. After being on hold for over 30 minutes I hung up. This is just ridiculous. And you can't even keep scheduled appointments.
