This was my first visit and I was blown away!! The friendliest was so welcoming. They were very cognizant of Covid rules. Since it was my first visit they did an extensive evaluation. One of which I’ve never had before. The cleaning was probably the least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

I have been going to Dr. Ballard for years and have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. He always remembers my family and asks how they are doing. I have never felt that any of the staff was preachy or pressured me into anything. If only I could find a primary care physician that provides the same amount of service 😀.

Dr Steven McArtor is terrific in terms of his skills and his chair-side manner (he's a genuinely nice guy). Over many years and several locations, we've been fortunate in finding good, personable dentists. Dr McArtor is our all-time favorite.

Kathy and Dr Ballard are given an A+++++, wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been going for 20 years. Dr Ballard always very calm and gentle. I have moved my kids over from Pediatric Dentist to these guys. And now all except for 1 is going there.
Why I didn't give a full 5 star rating, billing has all of a sudden been an issue. Something hot messed up and they just aren't getting it right. Very frustrating when you are being told no insurance, and our insurance hasn't changed at all.
But Ballard gets all the stars!!!!

I appreciate Mckee Family Dentistry’s environment. It has integrity, top to bottom. Their procedures are current, their level of professionalism, A+. I felt relaxed and in great hands, specifically with Dr. Feichtinger and his assistant.
A follow up. Had a crown (created by a different dentist) loosen. The staff got me in within several hours, and replied it in place. Thank you.

Visiting from out of state and had infected tooth. They got me in quickly and did necessary xrays etc. Due to severe infection, Dr Feichtinger contacted oral surgeon and got me right in there. Ended up having extraction that day. Dr Feichtinger was wonderful as well as entire staff. Highly recommend
