Very pleased with this office. I came from another office via recommendation. Originally I was informed I was going to need extensive dental work on the front of my mouth, but I'm so happy I didn't follow through with that care plan. After visiting Dr. Clare and her wonderful team, she was able to give me a thorough exam. She explained why the previous care wasn't recommended and found a cracked tooth! I went back a week later to get a crown. That's the most relaxed Ive been while getting "Drilled" in a long time ;). I would 10/10 recommend the physicians at this clinic. And if you need a great Hygienist, Amanda did a wonderful job with my scaling! It was fast, efficient, and she was extremely knowledgeable/Educational!! AGAIN 10/10 Recommend. I found my new dentist/hygienist! Ive been looking for a new office for a long time, and I wont be switching again.

I strongly recommend Monument Dentists for your dental needs. They are friendly, and well organized. I've had several cleanings and lately a crown done. They are extremely efficient with time, and each procedure has been comfortable and well done. They have state of the art equipment and an excellent staff!

At almost 49 years old, it's crazy to say this was the worst dental experience of my life. Not only did I feel like I was a burden to the dentist I saw, but they had no clue what my plan was or even what procedure I had done by their oral surgeon. Absolutely incompetent. Dr. Ben might very well be a nice guy but he could not have made me feel less important. I'm sure mileage varies but, this was an absolutely awful experience and I won't step foot back into this place. And just a word of caution, pay careful attention to your billing statements as well as what they're charging your insurance. My insurance was charged for a procedure that I never had done. When they called the dental office to confirm, they swore that it was something I had done.

This is our second visit to Monument Dentist's and Orthodontics. Our care team is always responsive, considerate, and helpful. Cleanings are quick and painless and I was even able to sneak in a whitening service on the spot on my first visit. We love our dentist office and staff.

I’ve been coming here for almost three years now, and it’s always been a very good experience. I saw Dr. Clare today and she is wonderful. When I called to make this appointment, she answered the phone (!) and rescheduled it for me! I had a crown done a year and a half ago (by a different Dentist); it cracked and she didn’t charge me to replace it! Then I told her about another tooth that needs a crown and she did it the same day! She is great and congratulations on your soon-to-be-born Daughter!! Tee was also great - you’re ALL great! I saw Dr Clare here and was so impressed. She was thorough in her examination, and gave me a great teeth cleaning. She let me know about a few things that needed attention, but never made me feel pressured to do it. She just gave me the facts and left it up to me to decide. She really cared about me and my heath.
From start to finish they impressed me - the front desk check in and check out, the dental assistant, the hygienist, and the doctor. Top notch team here, I will be going back and bringing my family.

Dr Pfeifer is a wonder. Friendly, confident, professional, painless and apparently extremely knowledgeable about all things in dentistry. His assistant, Ebony, was gracious, caring and amazed the Doctor with her efficiency. I highly recommend Monument Dentists for all your dental needs.
