Had my check up & cleaning today with Dr Philpott. As always he was wonderful. I had multiple issues going on & he handled them all with perfection and patience. I moved a few years ago & thought I should find a dentist closer to home. But I will continue to drive to the next city to see Dr Pholpott. Hes so kind & really takes time to hear all my questions & problems. I look forward to seeing him at my next appt. Happy patient here!😁

My mom originally recommended me to this office since the CD in Arvada was a nightmare. My first appt. was scheduled for a Monday, when I checked in they said the Dr. doesn't work Mondays and that I was supposed to he in in the next day. I figured I must have made a mistake while writing it in my calendar and they actually saw me anyway. That was awesome! After the Dr. finished he scheduled me a 2nd appt. while I was in the chair for a 7.30 am appt. A couple weeks out. I put it in my calendar as we were speaking and I triple checked as we were talking. I showed up and they tell me I wasn't supposed to be in until 10. I left and will never go back. My mom now was supposed to have major work done to her front tooth. The first price she was given was $164. When the appt. time was nearing she called to double check price and the receptionist said it would be $365. She had to reschedule. So now that she saved for the $365 she calls again to double check and the receptionist says it's $800. Unbelievable. My mom used to really like and respect this location. She says the receptionists and assistants are unprofessional and rude and they never used to be this way.

My wife, my kids, and myself all see Dr. Rachel O' Connor. She is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been too. I would recommend her to anyone. Go see her, you won't regret it.

Terrible customer service. Uninformative when asking for information, & didnt waste anytime to verify my insurance before my appointment. Ive never had this happen in Texas with Comfort Dental. This business is tarnishing the company name with how Rude everyone was & how they didnt seem to care or make efforts at all with anything. Also waited in the lobby for 10+ min before being greeted or given new patient paperwork. Of course by the time I got my paperwork it was at my scheduled time. Why come in early if the appointment times obviously do not matter? Worst experience, & i figured it would be after not being greeted in the first place.
EDIT: not sure if this review or the receptionist expressed how displeased I was, but the actual Dentist called me back in after closing hours for a cleaning after I had already left. This was very appreciated as my upsettness came from having scheduled this work already & the other work not being put in on their end to accommodate the patient. (Reffering to insurance verification) Most people work too much & appts are hard to attend, just some courtesy would go along way & would be very appreciated.
