Dental crown fell after one month, I went a month because of pain, the doctor told me I need it a crown they pit a temporary one for a week , then the next week the permanent. I was charged almost 700 and a month later when eating it fell.

Everyone is nice and I felt they wanted to help, but I WISH I NEVER would have gone to this office!
I had some filings done. But had to go back 3 times to have it done properly, also because one filling fell out only a week later. I'm still experiencing issues, and I am now having to go to another dentist to "fix" everything. One of the filings was done so poorly, I cant get floss between my teeth. DO NOT GET DENTAL WORK DONE HERE. I thought I was limited as to where I can go because I have Medicaid, but there's a place down the street that also takes Medicaid: Denali Dental. Denali was great!!

I have been going here for years... Never had a bad experience until today. I called to see if the dental work I needed done was approved. The person whom answered the phone was very RUDE as I'm not in the dental field, I had a couple questions. I was transffered to someone else whom was very RUDE as well . I was asked which order I wanted it done. I in return asked if Dr. Saddler could call me when she was not busy and we could discuss which order would be best. They took my number down , I said Thank You and they hung up on me. Dr. Saddler calls me and tells me we have discussed this , that I came in with 2 teeth hurting me, ummm no I came in with a broken tooth... no they are not hurting me... proceeds to ask when my appt is with the Endo.. I'm beginning to think I don't need root canals .. and why if they don't hurt... I'll be looking for a new dentist...

Dr. Saddler is pretty good. One of the newbie assistants messed up a couple of fillings, so thats been super pleasant. Can't say that I will ever return, used to be a good place.

Where to start. Every time I have been to this office they are slammed to the point that you cannot get personal time with your dentist. This office missed a cavity when I went in and since they missed it , it went neglected and eventually my tooth cracked and fell apart. The filling they did should have become a root canal and a cap due to it being so close to the nerve. Now it is a filling that continues to press on the nerve of my tooth and feels like it is loose . Thanks comfort dental for the cracked tooth and the horrible repair.

I've been a long time customer. I have doctor Jefferies as my doctor. Currently I am in of dental work but unfortunately have to deal with the God awful pain and hope not to get an infection. Cause I cant afford any help from comfort dental I wish they offered a payment arrangement for people that have no money or means of a credit card
