We have been with Stonegate altogether three years. We have had no probemts with the staff. Our dentist and his assistants have been great. The communications from the office manager have been superb. The only problem we had was with Delta Dental and with the cost of coverage. In 13 years I have never seen an increase of coverage. Everything has risen,but not coverage from Delta Dental. That is rediculous. That is what we patients need to complain to because our premiums have gone up but not our coverage. Stonegate Dental Care is the best!! I have seen many Dentists in my life, but Dr. Rentz is unbelievable. His entire staff exceeds being great. Dr. Rentz has state of the art equipment. I have had several crowns replaced and Dr. Rentz has the ability and knowledge to replace crowns/bridges while you are there. No waiting and coming back a week or two later to have the permanent crown put in. There is no wait time.

Dr. Rentz and everyone on his staff were so helpful and nice! I found Dr. Rentz to be very trustworthy and he was never in a hurry during my appointments. He took his time and allowed me to ask lots of questions. I was in a lot of pain when I came to his office due to another dentist's blotched work. He was very gentle and accommodating with me. Michelle (at the front desk) was so helpful with answering questions and helping me with the insurance process. I do not usually write reviews, but I will when I find a person/business that provides excellent service above and beyond the norm. I absolutely hated the dentist until I found Dr. Rentz. I don't dread going anymore. Also, his office is up-to-date on all of the new dental technologies that really make a difference from the "old school" office that I switched from. I absolutely recommend Dr. Rentz to everyone I can. So glad I found his practice!

This was my first time @ Stonegate Dental Care. I had gone there for my Dad who was visiting me. He didn't have dental insurance coverage and Stonegate Dental Care worked with us every step of the way to figure out the appropriate treatment plan for him and provided us with a couple of options. They provided the exact amount I would owe if I chose either of those options.
Dr. Rentz was very knowledgable and still understanding of our needs. The person @ the front desk was very welcoming as well. I would recommend this place to my friends.
