Salida Family Dentistry

I have been a patient of Dr Sites's for the past three years during which he has guided me through restoration of my teeth. The front desk staff are very professional and friendly. The hygeinest, dental assistants and Dr Sites always show concern for my comfort during procedures from cleanings to fillings and crowns. Their technology is up to date and their knowledge of it is very reassuring. I am very happy with my new found confidence in my smile and would highly recommend Salida Family Dentistry to anyone seeking quality dental care by a caring staff.

I have been going to this Dentist Office since we moved here 8 years ago. They remember who I am, they are always kind, and I never feel uncomfortable at the Dentists office. They always work out payments and are really easy to work with financially. I recently had to have some work done and I made myself nervous. I told Dr. Sites and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and felt in control. Everything went beyond great and I really had no reason to worry. My whole family goes to Salida Family Dentistry, I can’t recommend them enough.

This visit was my first one to Salida Family Dentistry. The examination was thorough and very informative. I learned a lot about the health of my teeth and gums and how better to take care of them. First off - THANK YOU Trisha for fitting me and my aching tooth in to your very busy schedule. The front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Back office staff made sure I was comfortable for my procedure. Dr. Keith & his assistant were very professional and he thoroughly educated me on his treatment plan. My #18 came outwith any issues - and today - the day after - just a little sore. I was very impressed with my whole experience. Comforting to know there is a high quality Dental Office like yours in our valley.

Where to start?

From the moment I walked in there were AMAZING Covid-19 protocols. This part of the experience was incredible, the staff was friendly and professional. As someone trained in medical pandemic protocols - seeing the way this staff followed their (above and beyond) protocols made me feel safe from the start.

The appointment itself was top notch. I don't have the best teeth and I've been looking for a long time for a dentist office that provides a comfortable environment with good energy.

Dr. Wilken was professional, thorough, and quick. Offered time for questions, was courteous, thoughtful, and obviously someone that cared about his clients experience.

You're not gonna find a better place. Neither am I, I'm not ever going anywhere else.

The staff at Salida Family is wonderful. I'm always impressed with their care, friendliness and professionalism. They also go the extra mile working with my insurance company to process claims. I used to fear going to the dentist. The great care by Dr. Bob and the staff at Salida Family has cured me of that fear.

Only giving one star due to the fact that I had an appointment on the 29th at 10:00 a.m. on a Tuesday called at 9:25am to inform them that I would be on my way to my appointment that had been scheduled for about a month. To be told that my appointment was canceled due to the fact that I didn't call at 8:00am ... I've gone to a lot of dentists and usually when you're scheduled at 10:00 you show up about a half an hour early just to finish all the paperwork. I've never had to call to confirm my appointment when my appointment is confirmed to be set on a certain date and a certain time. If you have an appointment with them make sure you call at 8:00 before your appointment or you will be canceled. Cuz they will not inform you that.

As someone who has an incredible fear of the dentist, I absolutely recommend Dr. Wilkin and his assistant Judi! They did everything possible to calm my fears, and move at a pace that was comfortable for me. They are also both super kind and funny! 100% recommended them, and the entire staff at Salida Family Dentistry.

I always receive great service at Salida Family Dentistry. . Hygienist, Teresa, is always professional in conduct and skill! Dentist, Dr. Sites, is thorough and communicates in language I understand. The desk staff is friendly and responsive whether I am there in person or communicating on the phone. I recommend Salida Family Dentistry!!!

I picked this dentist office because of the reviews here. I am adding to the raves about it. I saw Dr. Wilken, who is kind and friendly, and professional. He offered me some options, and we worked out a plan together. The whole staff is great! No need for those corny posters on the ceiling, because the view out the windows from your dental chair is beautiful. Bonus: Sturgill Simpson on the radio while I filled out my paperwork. Highly recommended.
