Always have issues with insurance and payments. We recently changed insurance plans, I shared the new company but didn’t know the policy number. I was told I had to pay in full and insurance would pay me back because they aren’t dealing with private insurance companies. Staff is great with my kids but every time we pay it’s an issue so won’t be going back.

Professional, yet Personable and thorough Dental Assistant who gently used the latest Dental technology in cleaning and x-raying my teeth Dr. Redko was excellent…Professional, yet friendly when explaining my Dental needs. I was given in advance the costs of the procedures she recommended so that I could plan ahead if or when I was ready to proceed with her recommendations. A great experience from the moment I called the office. I am visiting in the area for the summer, and a porcelain veneer right in front cracked off and broke. Friends recommended Dr. Redko. I got an appointment for the next day. The veneer piece was no longer usable, so Dr. Redko built up a temporary replacement using filling materials! It took about 15-20 minutes and it looks great! The staff is very nice, kind, and careful, the office is well-appointed and modern without being ridiculously opulent. Easy parking. Forms filled out on-line. Everything about the experience was positive!
