Dentist assistant was rude and rough after I explained to her the x-rays we're hurting my mouth. Actual dentist's plan outlined immediately to remove teeth instead of repair or any other options or remedies, possibly because Medicaid insurance. I wasn't offered anything to counter my teeth pain, which I stated, possibly because these places automatically judge people of certain age, race, nationality, and economic status as drug addicts seeking to abuse that pain medication in which I assure you not everybody is looking to do. Other than that, I will note, I was called back fast and the facility was clean and nice, although the waiting period from assistant to dentist was quite a long wait. In conclusion I will not be attending another Comfort Dental in the future 🤔

The folks at Thornton’s Comfort Dental on Huron were absolutely the best. If you get a chance to be worked on by Dr. Edgar or Dr. Hardin…you’ve scored! They are great and I would refer the whole office and their wonderful customer skills to the anyone who wants careful and professional attention for working on your teeth.

Having to go to new dentist have fillings repaired comfort did. The rough spots allowed plaque and tartar to build even with good brushing and flossing. As the new dentist said they take no pride in their work. After Dr. Robinson left it was bad they didn't even give me a choice in dentist got one don't even know her name wanted to pull tooth new dentist said was not necessary healthy just a little crooked molar. Got called into work early left message for them still charged $75 and threatened with collections if I didn't pay it.

I have had my Dentist for around 24+ years. She always treats me well. And occasionally, when she isn't too busy, we actually get to talk about non-dental related things. I enjoy that, as it make my dental visit feel less clinical.

This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been to in my entire life. Dr.Susan Bromell was the most rude, unprofessional, condescending, uncompassionate, dentist that I have ever met in my life. I absolutely did not appreciate the way that she talked to me... Or the way she made me feel about my oral health. She also made a remark in regards to the insurance that I had that was extremely unprofessional and rude! Not to mention I was trying to get something approved by the insurance which was denied when requested by her office. However, I went to the comfort dental on 92nd and Wadsworth which, I highly recommend... over this one ...and, I highly recommend Dr Bill at that location... over this location and Dr Susan any day! They were able to get it approved by insurance at the location on 92nd and Washington but it was denied at the location here....That seems really strange to me and really off that one comfort dental could get it approved but this location couldn't that makes no sense. Which, basically tells me they really don't care about their patients very much. They're not very empathetic and, are not really about educating the patient on their oral health.. or what really needs to be done going forth ...and, actually caring enough to go through a correct process to get things approved by insurance correctly so you're not overpaying! was absolutely disappointed and really dismayed about the way this practice is run. I would definitely not recommend this practice to family or friends but would highly recommend the comfort dental on 92nd and Wadsworth with Dr Bill

Horrible receptionist and horrible dentist and overall experience. They took so long on getting me seen and then didn’t even do a through exam or a cleaning for my new patient exam. My deep cleaning was denied and no one called me to let me know. This company has went down the drain in the past years I recommend you have better training/ service IN THIS LOCATION.

I went to Comfort Dental on 9203 Huron St. To get my teeth cleaned best experience I have ever had. The dentist was very gentle and talk to me to let me know what she was doing. Made sure I was comfortable before they even start it. Her assistant was awesome, very professional, and friendly. If you ever need your teeth clean, go to this Comfort Dental on 92nd Huron in Thornton. You won’t regret it!!

I had an appointment scheduled to get a partial done, they already had it made and everything, and because I was 25 min late to my 2 hour appointment ( I called and told them about an accident on the highway) Dr. Bromell refused to see me EVER again!!! I have never been late before to an appointment at this office! But they REFUSE to see me EVER again! Mind you they still charged my insurance for the partial!!! I do not suggest coming here! The people are rude and unrealistic! They didn’t even have a single patient there! I completely blown away by how I was treated due to an accident on the highway!!!

I usually love comfort dental but this visit and the last visit was kind of rushed and rough. Had to get some cavities filled and ended up with a cut tongue.

I love my Susan (Dr.Bromwell) and Edgar!! The best team for me, great job 👏 👍 👌 I've been with them since 1997 and very happy with their work,services and they are very professional and a great team!!
