Quick, fast and easy service I was in and out within an hour for an annual check up. Everyone was so friendly and gentle when handling your teeth ( I’m scared of the dentist) however this location made me feel comfortable, definitely will be returning again!

I wish I could get my money back and not have ever bothered with going to Wheat Ridge office. Getting braces was something I wanted to close the small gap in my top front teeth. At one point my gap closed my teeth looked amazing and then they did something else and my teeth shifted and it created a gap on the side. I was told 10 months to fix them it was almost two years. Then I was told I could get the dentist to put a small filling to fix the lil gap and when I went the tried to charge me $500 so I said forget it. Overall experience there hasn’t been the best. I paid all this money to end up with a gap in my teeth somewhere else. So frustrating!!! On top of it all I don’t think insurance was ever properly billed and I think I was over charged but again when I call and leave a message no one returns my call. A total disappointment. I’m not happy with my teeth at all and I would never recommend going to this Risa’s!

I went here for a routine cleaning and x rays and was sitting on how to handle my experience or who to contact the phone service is meh. I scheduled a 7pm appointment, they close at 8 but they offered me that appt slot bc i get off at 615. I went in, they gave me 0 paperwork to fill out, asked me no questions about my dental history. They got me to sign a hippa form and a financial responsibility form then put me in the x ray area. The only questions anyone asked me was "is anything hurting today?" From multiple people.
The lady who was cleaning my teeth was rough and not thorough. Dentist came in and said "looks like you should get your wisdom teeth taken out", didn't go over anything else there might be and didn't even do the part of examination where they use the little silver hook in deeper groves. I had to stop the dental assistant because she was being so rough on my gums, I told her about how I wasnt asked anything about my medical history whatsoever and had a frenectomy about 9 years ago but my gums were only sensitive when being that rough with them. They hardly looked me in the eye and it was a very "last patient of the day we do not genuinely care right now just in and out". I work in a medical office I get it okay that that's late in the day, but if you aren't going to provide an even decent service for later appointments they shouldn't be scheduling in that time frame then. Very disappointed:(

Went to them for dental work during the pandemic bc I couldn't get into my regular dentist. They did my crown incorrectly. And now I have a cavity where the crown should have met my gums but did not. Even comfort dental has done a better job on my previous crowns that this. They did fine filling another cavity. But my crown is a disaster. Don't trust them for that type of work.

Called to set up an appointment for 2 of my kids with an oral surgeon. When we arrived, they stated they needed x-rays from our dentist. They called and our dentist did not answer so we had to sit around in the waiting room. I don’t understand why they didn’t take care of this ahead of time so the X-rays were ready. Fortunately our great dentist (Dr. Victoria Ton at New Day Dental) was quick to call back and fax over records. Then, after all that, they mentioned they did not have an oral surgeon in the office today. Agh! So disorganized and unprofessional.

So far not good experience Over stimulating- Sitting in the waiting room it is difficult with TV and Radio playing loudly at the same time. Hope you consider only playing one at a time.
