I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of Dr. Tetyana. I was very nervous as going to the dentist has always been one of my biggest fears! She was very nice, compassionate and very patient with me and went over and beyond to reassure me that everything would be okay. The heighten & duration of my anxiety was so much greater than the extraction…so embarrassed 🤦🏽♀️ but going in knowingly that I will need additional dental care overwhelmed me. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because first impressions mean everything! The waiting room is very small (not implying construction is their responsibility), dull and just didn’t feel comfortable and warm. However, the receptionist Olga and hygienist were very welcoming. Once in the exam room, I felt more comfortable in that regard.🤣

My personal experience was good I had a root canal it was my first an I was scared but it went well the dr she was nice an her attendants where nice and kind that was my experience my new dentist right now no regrets appointment was fast

I went there this past Monday because I had a fractured tooth from the Thursday before. I’ve gone to this dentist before and never had an experience like I had on Monday. Instead of taking out the two teeth he needed too , he ended up taking out four. Also he didn’t even wait for the Novocain to fully kick in before he started Extracting teeth out of my mouth and when I tried to tell him that and still felt it, he told me “do not start miss”. My whole body was shaking during the extractions because I could feel Way more than just pressure! I also brought paperwork that I needed filled out for work because I was going out on family medical leave of absence due to not having enough ABT time to have this procedure done and recuperate. He just signed it instead of filling everything out so his secretary had to do the rest! Four days in and I still feel just as bad as I did on Monday When I had four teeth extracted! This dentist is a butcher! I would not recommend him to anyone and I would never go back to this dentist after this experience! I am supposed to go back on 13 September to have some more extracted but instead I will be finding a different dentist through my insurance that won’t put me through that type of agony and pain!

Dr. Mike is the best. He doesn't hurt and sits and explains everything in great detail to you. He's very thorough and so kind. And this place picks you up and takes u home if u have no ride or can't drive. I was in total shock. No dentists do that. I am amazed.

I have not been to this dentist since 2014. wait time I experienced was outrageous and the root canal preformed on me was bad and I have had issues with it since the procedure.Today I received a call to remind me to come back, when I expressed my concerns to the representative that called she showed no interest in addressing my issue. This has been the same attitude I received when i attempted to have them relook at the root canal that was done 6 months after the original date the procedure was completed. I’m not sure if the same doctor is there or not, however the name of the business stays the same. I would not recommend this doctor due to the lack of concern and follow up after my procedure.
