I've been coming to Dr. O'Dwyer since he purchased the practice. I've moved several times since then and I've continued to keep him as my dentist.
Not only is he the best, but he's kind, caring and supportive. He'll work with you through any issues or whatever comes up. The staff here is exceptional. Great front staff and amazing hygienists.

I've been going to Dr. O'Dwyer since 2011. I moved from Manchester up to Massachusetts in 2013 and have continued to drive down to his office for all my dental work - he's that good. The entire staff is always extremely friendly and they make the whole billing/insurance process very easy for the patient. After an injury to my face that resulted in a tooth being knocked out and other complications, Dr. O'Dwyer gave me several options at different price points to help me avoid walking around with a jack o' lantern mouth. Money was tight but he did his magic and now people don't assume I'm from West Virginia anymore. Thanks, Dr. O'Dwyer!

Just had my appointment today and saw Ewa who took her time and was great to work with. Not only is everyone at this office friendly but they are also transparent, upfront and very easy to deal with. Explained everything to me in detail and how to stay on top of it. I highly recommend this office.

Called to make an appointment, and my family and I have used this practice for years. Cleaning appointments were going out 6+ months, but was attempting to make an appointment for another issue. I told them I couldn’t come in that day or the next day as I work and have children that would need a sitter, but any other day would work. Went back and forth all day with a staff member speaking to the dentist about when I could come in. Every call back I was offered that day or the next day. Requested a call back from the doctor so I could explain what was going on and to prevent the back and forth because they did not seem to understand that those two days wouldn’t work, but any other day would. Was met with hostility from the doctor, was shouted at and laughed at. When I asked why I was being laughed at, he told me he never laughed, and then claimed I was screaming when I never even changed my tone. He then hung up on me. I never even had the chance to explain what was happening. Had I been a man, I am sure the conversation would have never gone this way. Stay away if you don’t like being gaslit by your dental provider!

Today my cleaning was done by the amazing Charlotte! I was worried because I hadn't been in the office in a while (cough...about 2yrs.) but she made me feel welcomed and she was a total professional. She was very gentle and great at communicating what she needed me to do. We had a great conversation during my visit, I almost didn't wanna go home. Dr. O'Dwyers team is always amazing! The whole office and the rooms are very clean. They make sure everyone, including patients are following safety guidelines to prevent the spread of covid-19. They make sure everyone safe when they visit by taking necessary precautions. They definitely made sure I felt safe.

Dr o'dwyer is an excellent dentist! His hours are such that I don't have to take time off for routine cleanings. If I need to have work done he always runs right on time! Never makes you wait. I love that. My hygienist is AWESOME as well! I would highly recommend this dentist

Dr. O'Dwyer is great. He always makes you feel welcome and so is his staff. They will make you feel very comfortable. If you are afraid going to the dentist or you are just looking for a new dentistry to go I would greatly recommend it. Small but professional, no overbooked appointments or having to wait for a long time.
