I have no doubt that this practice continues to be as warm, friendly, and successful as it was when I first started going there a few years ago. I was Dr. Santiago's patient and from the very beginning, I was treated with respect and kindness. The whole office went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. If I could, I would travel back to CT just to continue being seen there. Dr. Santiago has since retired, but I know how much work and care she put into finding the best new dentists out there for her patients. Beautiful Smiles treated my sister (also a patient) and I like family. Thank you so much, Beautiful Smiles and Dr. Santiago, for all your hard work and dedication!

I am so happy with my dental care. Dr Santiago and her team are so thorough and strive for perfection. My husband is now her patient and I brought my kids who are all very happy to be under Dr Santiago's care. Dr Santiago is unique in that she gives the personal touch: she calls to check on her patients after procedures (this is rare), she has the latest and greatest technology and she is meticulous. It's obvious that her staff loves working there, too. The hygienists, dental assistant, and business associates are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. BUT These people at Santiago's office are relaxed and professional, friendly, patient, and kind. They strive to help me feel comfortable and at ease. Their equipment is state of the art and utilized appropriately. Dr. Santiago is talented and very skilled. She is professional and very personable, patient and kind. This is the best dental experience I've had. First rate. Thank you!

It's hard to explain just how AMAZING Dr. Santiago and her team are!! They are all so knowledgeable and they help their patients to understand what is happening and why they are doing or recommending what they are. The most important thing though is how they make you feel from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone there welcomes you and you will immediately feel relaxed (even when you may have something a bit scary coming up). They always ask questions about your family and you can tell that they truly care about their patients. They will take the time to talk to you, make you comfortable and make you feel as if you are their number 1 priority. I trust Dr. Santiago and her entire team with the care of my family and strongly encourage you to do the same. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

My dental assistant was excellent, very considerate of my personal needs while still getting her work done. (I wish I remember her name.) They used very cool new technology since my last crown, which was much easier to tolerate than the old dental molds. Mr Dr Kievit (his partner is his wife, who may or may not have the last name) was thorough with his new tech and explained the procedure until I was confident that I fully understood the procedures he did that day and what I could expect at the next appointment. I'd definitely, and with great confidence, recommend Dr K to anyone! And, random perk, their practice has a unique and interesting decor, from waiting room to bathrooms. Oddly, it makes the already smiling dentist seem, surprisingly, to have added a little extra fun to dental work!

I think this is 6-star dental service! The team is friendly and caring. Dr. Santiago is professional, patient and kind to everyone. The staff constantly continues education and the office is equipped with the latest technologies. All advanced techniques are already there! Strongly recommend to anyone with dental anxiety and phobias!

Really the most pleasant dentist and staff I have ever met! From the very first phone call I had with Meridith to the incredibly compassionate Dr. Santiago's treatment, I was impressed and knew that this would be my "forever dentist".

I am a first time patient of Dr. Santiago's and needed some pretty major dental work done. I have to tell you that the entire experience was fantastic. From the front office to the doctor herself, I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and knowledge.
