Robin, I got back from Puerto Rico yesterday. I have to tell you that my teeth were the source of countless compliments while I was there. My Mom and my sister were shocked because they say that they look more natural than my natural teeth. They are used to the awful caps that they do in Puerto Rico which look like corn. One of my aunts and her daughter, on the "stuffy" side of the family paid an arm and a leg to have hideous veneers put in. They were besides themselves and asking me all kinds of questions.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff became so acute to my intense fear of being in a dental office, that they insisted that I not sit in the waiting area....having had difficult and very painful experiences with many dentists since I was very young, has always lead me entering a dental office not in preventive mode, but in a situation where the pain was intolerable....from the front staff to the technicians my care was there #1 priority...Dr. Santiago was able to feel the pain I was going through, not just with the issue I came in with but my ambivalence and fear that was paralyzing....I hope that I have really truly found a home at Smiles by Santiago.......
