All I can say is they were excellent. The receptionists and dentists were Very polite and nice. The Vietnam lady dentist and her fantastic assistant did a wonderful job with no pain at all. Way better than other dental establishments I went to previously (would hit your lips with the drill etc. not this wonderful caring dentist.) Highly recommended! As we get older our teeth at the gumline are slightly exposed. She filled the top of every tooth in and people are saying who did that fantastic job on your teeth I told the Dental and Vision Assoc. They said they look like new teeth what a nice job she did. Thank you Dental and Vision Assoc.!!! I will always refer new patients to your nice facility. Wish I could give you 10 stars!!!

I understand we went there during the day the prescription guy went there, but they were immediately ready for pick up on Tuesday morning. Something tells me that they got lazy with the measurements, it was a rushed job, or something else because they were both blurry but sharp, and I don't have to be an optometrist to know that NO new glasses should be blurry.

I desperately tried telling the receptionist and the female optometrist (who wasn't even the one who took my test) but they honestly tried saying "you have to get used to it". No. It was professional gaslighting. If I am saying it is blurry then I should be told "We can retake the test " or something along those lines. There should be no response to that or this current review other than some sort of accountability because there should absolutely be no reason for my glasses to be blurry, even if my prescription went up by a quarter. They went up a quarter last time I visited and still my glasses were clear/sharp, so obviously this was a botched job.

The past 20 years were great, never once having a problem, until this. How do I know, too? Because we went somewhere else to fix ghe measurements and now I can see. We will shortly be no longer patrons of this establishment, so if anyone is thinking of attending, make sure you are firm and drill into their heads the problems you have, and if they try denying it when you are 100% certain, do not let them gaslight you.

Call to try to schedule an appointment in severe pain understood very much that the doctor didn’t have anything open for several weeks was very understanding of course but the secretary of front rudest person I’ve ever spoken to whoever answers the phone definitely needs better help a customer service or maybe it’s the end of the day so she’s not having a good day but it’s only a Tuesday. She was extremely rude to me

When she told me that there was no availability for today and it would be weeks until I could be seen I said okay when I went to hang up the phone she was saying something and I said no it’s OK I’m not gonna wait I really have to be seen she’s the one that said to me well I was gonna make an opinion and offer you a better option but you know what okay whatever goodbye that’s when I said okay then and hung up in her face please don’t try to make up lies to try to make yourselves look better please tell the truth when you’re speaking ‘ cause I would know way was rude to anyone I’m here suffering with a swollen face and all I asked her was if there was availability I was very understanding when she said there was none but she got upset because I said hey I wasn’t gonna wait and got rude with me I’m sorry that she’s having a bad day once again I told the truth don’t lie and say that I started screaming obscenities at anybody cause I never once had any obscenities to anyone I told her I understood it was fine she’s the one that said well I was going to make another option but you know what forget it whatever so that’s my fault she spoke to me like that no tell the truth about your employees and I’m pretty sure this is probably her responding to this don’t lie you’re a grown woman

Have been going here for years, always an excellent job. Dentists and hygienists are all highly skilled, same with the rest of staff. Very friendly. Always will be back!

Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable, has never steered us wrong when it comes to my daughter's teeth health. He removed two of her baby teeth so that they can make room for her permanent ones. He made what could have been a traumatic experience, easy & not so bad! For ever grateful, thank you! The dental assistants are very welcoming, & very proactive, anticipating our needs! On the vision side the Optometrist are excellent, educating us on the care of our eyes... & have fashionable eyewear too! Two of the best places in one, very practical!! I would definitely recommend them in a heart beat!! May God keep blessing Dr. Nguyen & his business.. :)

I been coming to Dental & Vision for over ten years. The office is very clean, and the Staff are very welcoming. The Dentist Dr Nguyen, and Optometrist Dr Tai, and Dr Kristy, are very knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. They are even better people. I recommend Dental & Vision without reservations. I won't go any place else.

It was a really good experience apart from other dental visit. Dr Dejesus was very warm and friendly as well as her assistant. She explained every procedure as she was performing. I definitely recommend people to go here. And I’ll be back next year for my follow up visit 👍🏾👍🏾😁

I set up appointment for next day I showed the pushed for the day after the answer was sorry it’s full today what a joke.

My son (4 years old) and myself had a teeth cleaning today with Dr James Nguyen. It was the best experience in a dental office ever. All the staff (front desk and the one assisting the Dr during the visit) are very polite and accomodating.
Dr James did the cleaning himself in a very detailed way. He is very professional and makes the whole visit very pleasant. He does not rush and he takes time to talk with the patient and listen to any concern or question.
My son had a blast. He was so happy he got a toy at the end of the dental visit and he could not wait to tell his dad how much fun he had.

I also had an eye appointment with Dr Kristy Nguyen. I was late at the appointment and she still made the visit possible.
I don’t recall having such an accurate eye visit in the last 10 years. She is very kind and she cares a lot about her patients.
They also have very stilish eye frames.

Great Dr office! Good job Dental and Vision!

I’ve been going here since they opened. Life is busy so to be able to get my eyes check and see the dentist in one visit is great! Dental cleanings are done by the dentist! I love how clean my teeth are after a cleaning. Vision side is awesome. I’ve never had a problem with my prescription. The doctors and staff here are very friendly.
