The front office staff was really unhelpful and rude. They wouldn't let us plug in a phone to charge, and acted upset about how long it took to fix a clerical error they made.

The dentist is clean they do great work but however the waiting is very very long you wait in the waiting area then they call your name to wait again for an hour the in back where itās very crowded not enough seats so you have to stand then some of the workers there are ghetto my kids and I donāt need to know what you are about to do when you get home or how was your night and they donāt smile they donāt speak terrible service even a few in the front I live closed by thatās why I didnāt transfer my kids and I

Horrible service. They set me up for an appointment for a readjustment for my daughter when I got there they said they had to take her braces off and o could go else where and she was not finish her treatment. Very rude. None of my children nor myself will be returning there.

I have a problem that they only filled one of my daughter cavities when I was told she had 4. Only to find out that her paper work that indicated she had 4 cavaties was not canned to her chart. When she got the one done they told he she has no more cavaties at this appt her step dad had taken her. Luckily I didn't listen to my 15 yr old I called them back and followed up and they said the same thing no more cavaties. I then told them ok her intial cleaning appt the dentist said she had 4, cavaties. This is when it was discovered nobody scanned in her paperwork. Laziness and lack of communication and I don't like it! This could have reall went left if I let my daughter cavaties go untreated.

Ive been taking my kid since she was 6 months old. Very inviting gentle and they even have flatscreens postioned to distract the kids duriong the checkup..all thumbs up!!!

My appointment was a 9am for orthodontics and I was seen right on time . I will be returning , prices are good if you donāt have insurance and need braces .

I went to adventure dental on 3-18-19 requesting my records to be transferred to another dentist hasn't done anything for but referred me to other so I got another dentist and they wont release my records I called them and they answered then hung up the phone up on me I called back for hours no answer. I will never go back there......
