Love this office, Dr. Abramson and the staff. I have been a patient for almost 10 years. Left for a brief period when I moved away from the neighborhood, but decided the longer drive was worth it. Really appreciate that he doesn't push unnecessary treatments on me. Great dentist!

I'm a long-time customer of Modern Dentistry as is my family. That probably tells you where this is heading. This was my first COVID era visit. All the friendly faces were there. The lobby has been outfitted with clear plexiglass. The hygenist who did my cleaning was fastidious with cleaning surface spaces and laid down paper towels to place my phone and glasses. My only recommendation is that they tighten up their communication channels as I was barraged with emails, texts, and a call. While I understand that there was a last minute change by another customer that pushed my appointment, requiring a notification of change, I was literally getting pelted with emails and texts on top of calendar reminders. If they can go with a customer's preferred channel of communication, it would make the logistics part of the experience better

Prompt and professional service, as always. But pain from teeth and gum problems can be pretty awful, and I do wish they were more willing to prescribe a small amount of pain meds when OTC meds just don't do the job.
