Excellent place. Dr. Hines has worked with me and my family...AND ME AGAIN! Excellent staff from the front desk to the assistants. The location is metro accessible and easy to navigate too. Any fears you might have of a dentist you can leave at the door. They treat you with respect regardless of the procedure. Awesome service.

Dr. Hines is the best! I have had a fear of the dentist for years based on an experience in my younger years. I love how he explains what’s he doing. He has a calming spirit that makes you feel comfortable. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is amazing. My family has three generations who utilize their services. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful experience. From the office staff to the doctor, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had an easy time setting up an appointment. I had a cleaning and a tooth extraction. I was nervous at first but the entire process went smoothly. More important the doctor was patient and reassuring.

I had my first appointment in Dr. Hines’ office today. But even before that, I spoke with Jameson and Shakia (sp) over the phone. Those contacts really set the tone for what I would later experience and made me feel comfortable going to his office, despite my phobia. One of the best things I can say about my visit is that there was a spirit of kindness and a serene atmosphere. Dr. Hines was patient and gentle. So if you have fears as I did, don’t hesitate to call the office or even fill out the contact form, as I did. You won’t regret it.

I’ve only seen Dr. Hines twice.the 1st time was to reseat a crown. He was excellent. It was reset quickly and without a hitch. The second time was for a routine evaluation. He is extremely pleasant and caring. He is a delight. I look forward to seeing him for future dental needs.
